I bought s stealth tornado followed by an emerald green tornado because they are beautiful pens, but the retro 51 cartridges they shipped with are absolute garbage and it didn't take a week to become garbage they were garbage from the start. Now you're telling me you experienced the same thing. I don't believe anyone that says these ink cartridges are smooth. Maybe they are smooth for a day for some people. But they obviously lack consistency. I'll look into the Parker refills. Can you tell me exactly which ones to get? I think I heard you say the gel refills fit this. I would prefer gel ink. Thx.
Yeah the Retro 51 refills leave a lot to be desired which is a shame considering the overall quality of the pen. Luckily you can use different refills!
Do Parker refills work in the Retro 1951 pen? Oh.. wait. YES! You said it 4 times! Advice from a teacher: Script your presentations, not word for word, but like a basic outline to create a flow and to prevent repetition. It also lets you cognitively assemble your ideas.
love your laugh! so hearty and joyful. Hope you always find something to laugh about 😄
Great review. Been wanting one of these and the P-51 Mustang model as well.
Thank you! It's a really nice pen overall, I don't think you'd be disappointed.
