The difference with Sirius was. Several people shown up there at the scene of the crime and they found him laughing and going mad. And 12 muggles were dead and they found a single finger of Peter. The evidence looked so damming and Sirius didn't even bother fighting. He was a broken man.

Why is Umbridge's punishment has to be easier than Hagrid's undeserved punishment? I bet that Toad Faced Hag-out is having a laugh in thinking about the suffering of what a half-giant had to go through inside the place when it was filled with Dementors, that is the part of the stories that I hate most about her, she always gets off easy even when incarcerated or suspended.

I recommend the video that tells what would've been the story appropriated as the should've-been-the-correct-story-continuation of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows epilogue story; I love that one. Voldemort was never meant to even be a blood relative to the next generation of either witch or wizard, he understands nothing about love, he would rather be worse than "The Warlock With a Hairy Heart". It would make better sense for Rodolphus to have a secret child with Bellatrix.

In my opinion, Azkaban was a very bad place for a prison. it’s too likely that the dementors and the conditions would only make them go mad and tempt them to kill as many people as possible. After Bellatrix was sent to Azkaban she went absolutely mad and would try to kill anyone who stands in her way. It’s also horrid to keep dementors as guards as their presence would be unbearable to prisoners. tbh it legit would be better to just have the criminals drowned in the sea or smth instead of giving them the dementors kiss which literally means they are still alive but are literally taking their memory and making them go even MORE mad. honestly, the Ministry Of Magic can be more cruel than Voldemort himself sometimes yk

I just wish we actually get to see Umbridge being literally dragged into Azkaban. Dementors or not, we can all agree that there’s a nice little cell with her name on it waiting for her there.

I want to imagine that the Ministry kept a few dementors around just for criminals who had gone too far, like Dalores, just the simple criminals like Stan would get the Auror treatment.
In my opinion,
Azkaban was a very bad place for a prison.
it’s too likely that the dementors and the conditions would only make them go mad and tempt them to kill as many people as possible.
After Bellatrix was sent to Azkaban she went absolutely mad and would try to kill anyone who stands in her way.
It’s also horrid to keep dementors as guards as their presence would be unbearable to prisoners.
tbh it legit would be better to just have the criminals drowned in the sea or smth instead of giving them the dementors kiss which literally means they are still alive but are literally taking their memory and making them go even MORE mad.
