Not everyone in Slytherin is Evil.
@MovieFlame is this the same as the weekend deal?
I am actually A Ravenclaw.
Ok i will
I get it -- but Kingsley could also be a Ravenclaw. Kingsley was highly intelligent, sapient and creative, and was really hard-working. He had smart methods in education but I get why he could be a Gryffindor, he was had great and fair Battle IQ!
Honestly when I thought of Kingsley’s house, I always think about Hufflepuff. Idk why
Honestly Kingsley fits all of the houses except Slytherin.
Brave, caring (every life is worth saving iirc says that), and incredibly smart
I would say that Kingsley is in Ravenclaw as he is too intelligent and cool collected to be Hufflepuff or Gryffindor
He was also able to act convincingly as a muggle as the muggle prime minister’s assistant
I agree with Ravenclaw. Kingsley just has this elegance and wisdom about him that I associate with Ravenclaw.
Also Augusta Longbottom literally came and fought in the battle of Hogwarts. She, as an elderly woman, fought in the most dangerous battle of the war, where many capable and powerful wizards like Lupin or Tonks died. But she also made it out of it safe and sound. Doing all this in her 80s or even 90s makes her an absolute badass and shows her protect her family on an almost Molly-Weasley-like level.
Kinda makes her and Molly akin to Harry and Neville, when you consider both could have been the hero, both were from different families, and both turn up to the final battle.
in the books she was 108 if you do the math

11:06 The fact Love potions aren't illegal always confused me
Same here, I think the idea is you’re not supposed to think about it too much, coz tbh a lot of spells in the wizarding world could be used for really messed up purposes if you do.
Like you could use imperio to coerce someone into fooling around with you, or just use obliviate to flat out assault them and have them forgot about it afterwards and essentially get away with it 😳.
I think you can see JK’s attitude them shifting throughout the series. It does bug me that Molly seemed to use them frequently when she was in school.
Yeah I agree. the potions really manipulate people.
I think one of the first lines about magic in this world says it all. Its said early in the book about why magic isn't shared , I don't remember the line buuut pretty much it's says the magic can't be trusted with muggles cuz of how quickly they would abuse it. There's like an expected different level of thought with the two.
The thing with love potions is that they have the potential to be very dangerous but very few people actually realize the danger it holds. JK made a point about this in the books when Slughorn talked about love potions and mentioned many people underestimate the danger they hold.
I think the Sorting Hat would have a hat stall for Kingsley because he's brave like a Gryffindor for becoming an Auror, he treats everyone fairly and works hard like a Hufflepuff, is very intelligent when looking at the facts regarding Sirius and Voldemort's return in OOTP and demonstrates wit when interacting with wizards and Muggles alike for Ravenclaw, and he shows incredible leadership and cunning during the Battle of Hogwarts and as Minister of Magic after the war which Slytherins value. If the sorting hat were able to let students make a choice like at Ilvermorny, I think Kingsley would've been offered a place in all four Hogwarts houses.
100% Agreed
I think he is more of Gryffindor - not because he is good cause all houses have good and bad characters. What set him apart is his willingness to fight for others voluntarily. Of course Ravenclaw and Hupplepuff also do that, but they tend to value peace and only fight when force to -- while Gryffindors tend to throw themselves into the situation without needing much encouragement. Sorry -that just my thought.
You could say the same for Severus
Similar to Harry, you are right in saying he has all traits of all four houses.
I would argue Moody is a Hufflepuff. He is incredibly loyal to Dumbledore and the Order. Even after being kidnapped and impersonated by BCJ, he continued to be loyal and agreed to return to Hogwarts to protect Harry.
He was also Tonk's mentor, and Tonks is a Hufflepuff.
You can look it up and it said a that moody is a hufflepuff
@@pugpug5427 don't spread lies. His house is even labeled as unknown in his files because he refused to share it
No look it up he is
its debateable
I will admit I thought i was one of the only people to think Moody was Hufflepuff because of his loyalty to Dumbeldore but he was also loyal into being Tonk's mentor despiet Tonk being exremly clumsy and probaily messed up a few missions
nagini cant be blamed for anything she did as a snake, its stated that people with her affliction lose all sense of self and just become an animal
Yeah but still, she ain't a puff
Personally, I always saw Kingsley as a Ravenvlaw, he was really smart and he always wore blue in the films which obviously reminded me of Ravenclaw
Yeah I always thought he was Ravenclaw
Even as snake nagini had traits of hufflepuff. She was loyal and fought for what she thought was right. Just because someone is hufflepuff doesn't make them good
True...after all Peter Pettigrew was a Gryffindor..
“Fair play”???
@@ShaunFish it's not like you need every trait of a house, just more than you have for other houses.
@@ShaunFish i mean gcabbe and goyle were barely any of slytherin traits if at all and their in slytherin what you value also get taken in to what house you end up as
I get frustrated when people see a "good" character and immediately place them in Gryffindor or Hufflepuff, or when people see a "bad" character and immediately place them Slytherin.
As a Slytherin myself, I like to imagine that the political climate of the wizarding world at the time of the main story is the result of a bad people from Slytherin allowing the bad sides of the house to flourish and seem respectable to younger members of the house, thus creating a vicious cycle, that I like to think is rectified in the post-war years, by promoting more admirable slytherins as role models. People like Horace Slughorn, who in my eyes is one of the very best slytherins.
Hope so. I never liked that Slytherin was automatically bad guys, even as a Hufflepuff
@@thedragonwarrior5861 which seems to me to be a very Hufflepuff thing to say! Not that I'm disagreeing with you. After all, Ravenclaw can boast the self-serving, ambitious Gilderoy, and as someone mentioned, Peter Pettigrew definitely wasn't a Gryffindor to be proud of, proving that not all of the bad eggs were Slytherins.
True, but by definition, most evil people will be ambitious, cunning, resourceful, and self-preserving. Those traits scream power hungry , which I reckon is why people would dabble in the Dark Arts
I am a proud Slytherin 🙋🏼♂️🐍
Love that your calling out the fact that Slytherins are immediately blamed. Sometimes I feel imaging the future generations of Slytherins after the Second Wizarding War being bullied or shunned and it really makes me feel sad.
I actually agree with you about Amos being a Slytherin. I'm currently nearly done with the Goblet of Fire book and when we first meet him, he tried to make Cedric come across as a better flyer on a broomstick over Harry, which is extremely selfish, especially considering he probably didn't know the circumstance surrounding Harry falling off his broom.
Plus, he verbally attacked Harry before the third task, accusing him of being stuck up after Rita wrote about Harry as the only Hogwarts Champion, and Amos shouted at Harry for not bothering to correct her.
@@elmermedina1713 you'd think he'd be smart enough to realise that Skeeter basically wrote BS, considering how she does the same thing about the Ministry, where he works.
He did know. Cedric says something like "Dad, Harry fell of his broom, the dementors..." to which Amos cuts and says like "But you didnt! Seeing who fell and who did not fell is great proof!"
@@BlueAvocado3 well how do you explain how my copy of the book doesn't mention the Dementors during this moment?
The thing is students are sorted at a time when there personality development is still at nascent stage at 11 and many time the personality do changes when we grow older snape is best example of this even dumbledore said sometimes we sort students way to early who know Amos was good and kind until something happened to him that made him egoistic .
I clearly remember Barty Crouch Jr. being said to have been sorted into Ravenclaw House, not Slytherin :) Voldemort himself refers to him as "somebody with brains", and we know that he was an exceptionally talented wizard: he received 12 OWLs, he was a talented potioneer (he was constanttly brewing an impressive amount of Polijuice Potion, one of the most complicated concoctions in the whole wizarding world. He was a man of great wit and knowledge: he was able to fool the entire Hogwart's staff and even Dumbledore, acting natural, as he was the real Alastor Moody, this implies an exceptional study of the real Alastor Moody's character. He was finally a man of creativity (and knowledge), who was always able to come up with very interesting, complex, useful and meaningful DADA classes for all of Hogwarts' students :)
And then you have Peter Pettigrew who had 0 Gryffindor traits, yet was shown into that house. Also it was never "said" that he was sorted into Ravenclaw. He might have been intelligent, but that alone wouldn't put him in that house
Hedwig would totally go in Hufflepuff
❤love it❤
Yes
Hedwig is a luving gurl who did not deserve to be killed :(
I think Aberforth and Elphias were Hufflepuffs. They weren’t immediately brave, but fiercely defended their loved ones.
Elphias never gave up his faith in Dumbledore after his friend’s death, and urged Harry to do the same.
Aberforth was so dedicated to helping his sister he volunteered to give up his education to care for her.
However,I can kinda see the argument for Gryffindor.
I agree! I think their humility spoke volume about them
I totally agree!!!!!
Elphias was most likely Griffindoor as he said that he was best friends with dumbledore
@@thefeatheredbutcher2806 it’s possible he was, but I don’t think that is a very strong argument. Dumbledore was also best friends with grindelwald who would have definitely been a slytherin.
@@lmungillo I think what he meant by that is rather, that bc Dumbledore was in Gryffindor house and therefore had more to do with other gryffindors, it is more likely for Elphias to also be in Gryffindor, since two best friends are more likely ermerging from the same house, due to them having same classes, same commonroom and so on.
This is aside from the fact, but something I have been wondering lately is if Regulus had a similar experience to Harry with the sorting hat. He had loyalty to his family, but it’s possible the hat wanted to put him in Gryffindor for the courage he had within. But he probably sat there saying “not Griffindor, please Slytherin” and the hat granted his wish. However, if he would have been in Gryffindor, the story would have been very different.
Not to mention that Rowling was deliberate with choosing names for many of the characters. The star Regulus is literally at the heart of Leo. So one could say he had the heart of a lion.
The only reason why I disagree with Barth Crouch Jrs house is because of this: he managed to get 12 OWLs, which is more than even Hermione got.
Wait, seriuously?
Percy and Bill Weasley also did that it doesn't make him a ravenclaw
I dunno, I'd say his performance in school, while admittedly speaking to his intelligence, also speaks all the more to his ambition. 12 O.W.L.s is quite over the top, to the point where you outright need a time turner just to make all your classes, so to put up with that insanity in the pursuit of your career, that pretty much screams ambition to me.
I've always heard Barty Crouch Jr. was a Ravenclaw and I agree. I'm tired of the every bad wizard has to be in Slytherin stereotype. That's just Gryffindor propaganda.
Barty Crouch Jr is Slytherin because of both his cunning and ambition. He was so cunning he tricked dumbledore into beliving he was his long time friend, for whole three years. He also had a big ambition of being the most loyal follower of Voldemort.Cunning and Ambition. He is a straightforward slytherin.🐍
I personally would have put Kingsley in Ravenclaw due to his intelligence and creativity but other than that the sorting is spot on 😁

I think that Nicholas flamel could be a Slytherin. He created the philosophers stone that can keep him alive forever which shows self preservation and ambition. It also shows that he’s cunning and resourcefulness because he found a way to cheat death and was able to create it.
good suggestion.
He was from beabaxtons not hogwarts
@@arunjoseph3256 thanks for telling me that’s cool! But also that doesn’t really matter For this because it’s just me saying what house I think he would be in. Sorry if I seem rude I don’t mean to.
@@racheljackson4428 thanks
With this negative reputation for Slytherin, I think Hogwarts might want to redefine it. Especially since the most dangerous wizard was very devoted to it. They could change the mascot because it represented Voldemort.
I think Morgan classifies himself as a Slytherin, so I was expecting more hot takes like Neville's grandmother. She should be a Slytherin, she was harsh and fierce, and had a lot of pride for how skillful Neville's parents were, but had some disdain for Neville's lack of talent. You definitely don't have to be evil, look at Merlin too.
@@2apurno he’s a gryffindor
@@JordyD08actually, Merlin was a Slytherin, and was taught by Salazar himself
that doesn't make sense. the snake represents salazar and his ability to talk to snakes. what would they even change it to?
@@thedragonwarrior5861 he said Morgan, not Merlin. Morgan Ross is the guy who runs the channel movieflame
I've said this before but I think that Krum is a hufflepuff. He showed hard working and dedication whan he made it to the top of quidditch players.
I think Fleur Delacour should be in Gryffindor.
She submitted her name and participated in the Triwizard Tournament, which was a brave thing to do.
Also, during the Deathly Hallows, she stayed with Bill; even though she could have dragged him to France where there was no war. And she even fought in the Battle of Hogwarts instead of going away with her parents.
So, yeah, I think red and gold would suit Fleur very well.
Why would Fleur need to be sorted into a hogwarts house she went to Beaubaxtons
Yeah, but like, the entire point of this video was to Sort characters who WEREN'T Sorted. I don't mean to sound rude, but did you even watch the video?
They're saying what house they think she could have been...@@farhatiqbal1359
Did YOU even watch the video?
Viktor Krum’s arc is IMO the best. He is introduced as someone you may hate, but he forces you to love him.
I would say ludo is actually a hufflepuff not because he embodies any traits but Hufflepuff also takes in the students no other house wants. So basically if ur an elligable wizard but dont meet any of the traits u can still go to hogwarts as huffleepuff will still accept you.
When he came on the screen, I said "squib." But only because he didn't seem to fit any of the 4. Then I remembered that he wasn't considered much of a wizard, other than on the pitch. Maybe he was kinda borderline.
Also you'd have to work hard to be a pro quidditch player, also just because you don't have all the house traits doesn't mean the house doesn't consider you, like Hermione, although she doesn't have that out of the box thinking, she could easily be ravenclaw.
No he couldn't work hard enough to be a hufflpuff he's basically very lazy
Yeah just like Zacharias Smith, he doesn't have Hufflepuff traits at all. He is rude, selfish, not a loyal person (even trying to flee away during wizarding war in Hogwarts). But Hufflepuff accepted him because he doesn't have any other houses traits, he's not brave like Gryffindor, not smart enough like Ravenclaw, not ambitious like Slytherin
Hear me out Moody in Hufflepuff
-he's loyal to Dumbledore (loyalty)
-he worked hard to become an auror (hard working)
-he doesnt use unforgiveble curses unless really nessesary (fairplay?)
Agreed but there are definitly arguments for Gryffindor I think it'd be a hard descision for the Hat
I think he’s a slytherin, he fits with them more, resourceful and cunning and he can get in most death eaters heads
- he is an auror, basically a magical detective(great finder)
I swear I watch him every few months then forget about him. Then it comes up on my recommended and I get interested in him again 💀💀
I kid you not, reading the books where Neville grandmother went on the run was the best thing ever! ✨😂 she’s a true gryffindor
To be honest, I think Doge could have been a Hufflepuff.
He was loyal to Dumbledore, and never gave up the Dumbledore's secret of Arianna's spurts of uncontrollable magic. He also was hard working in the Order.
Omg you stole my comment 🙃
I agrée with everything about this, except the fact that he was best friends with Dumbledore. He also mentioned about how Dumbledore frequently gave him help with his schoolwork, I think he had to be in Griffindoor
For a brief second I thought you were memeing but no there is actually a character called Doge in Harry Potter
@@PokemonPrince_ Umm u sure mate?
Interesting! I’ve always thought of rookwood and Kingsley as ravenclaws. I think it’s pretty easy to see why Kingsley could be a ravenclaw. Rookwood was an unspeakable and fooled people for years, he’s an evil lockheart.
I could've sworn Barty Crouch Jr was a raven claw. Him and Pettigrew being the only death eaters not in slytherin. He showed off his intelligence all year that matched (possibly surpassed) renown aurora Madeye Moodys. He taught the students everything he knew bc again he valued intelligence and sharing his own knowledge.
even when he was a death eater he mostly followed Bellatrix (known as the strongest follower) he grew his name being a follower not really a leader
I thought that Ludo was a Hufflepuff at first solely because his first appearance had him wearing bright yellow robes and it was only after I had finished GOF that I learned that was because his old Quidditch team had a yellow color scheme.
I also agree with your choice for Fudge and I always thought that his close friendship with Lucius (while mostly just because of his money and influence) was also because they were former-housemates.
I think that if fudge was housemates with Lucia he would have been able to recognize the fact that Lucious was a death eater as apparently it was well known back then that Lucious was trying to become one. But then again this is Fudge so maybe I’m expecting too much from him
I understand that it’s almost certain he’s a Slytherin, but I love the headcanon that Barty Crouch Jn was a Ravenclaw since he had very high grades and is generally quite clever and creative (was a solid teacher for a year and managed such a difficult operation by coming up with so many tricks to keep the cover). It would also be fun to have a major death eater be a non Slytherin.
I agree Grindelwald is definitely a Slytherin 💚 til the very end the ambition, cunning and resourcefulness and leadership make him belong to that house 🖤
Great job with sorting those characters! I especially agree with Fleur being a Hufflepuff!👍🏽👍🏽
You should do a video on every MCU characters and what Hogwarts houses they be sorted into? (I.E. Superheroes, Supervillians, sidekicks, etc.)
0:22 "today where gonna have those 35 characters have a a house''
Morgan Ross 2023
I always thought that Fleur Delacour would be in Ravenclaw because Beauxbatons sat at Ravenclaw table in the 4 book.
Grindelwald was definitely a Slytherin during the Fantastic Beasts movies. However, during Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallow, Grindelwald was most definitely a Hufflepuff, he didn't tell Voldemort where The Elder Wand was even when he knew Dumbledore had it last, literally dying before he would tell Voldy, that takes insane loyalty.
It's always a good day when you upload a video ❤😊
Morgan make this Percy Jackson video: What PJO & HOO characters’ Bogarts Are

Jason- losing his memory forever
Leo- Hera (Tia Callida)
Piper- Jason / Leo dead
Frank- Thanatos
Hazel- Gaia
Reyna- losing Jason to Piper
Octavian- Jason / Percy
The Gods- Typhon
I think Skeeter COULd also have been in Rvenclaw - since she was able to turn herself into an animagus.
I can not see her as Hufflepuff - but I am not happy with like anyone "bad" being sorted into Slytherin.
Me - not happy!
Also I do not agree on Kingsley, he could also be Ravenclaw and Slytherin.
Also, sorry this is the firt time I ever dislike a video of yours, but I am really dissapointed n your choice to put everyone who was not nice into Slythering!
I can see a lot of those people being into differnet houses
I mean, think about Pettigrew...
he should have been Slytherin - and was not.
Flamel could also have been Slytherin... Cunning does not mean Slytherins are stupid.
Also NO on Moody
he could also have been Ravenclaw, since he was insanely inteeligent
Amos - Hufflepuff - since a lot of the Diggorys are connected to that house.
Alice Longbottom - Ravenclaw
Actually this video really upset me...
It's hard to be Slytherin - you even get Tour Guides at the warner Bros thour who tell you "all are welcome exxcept Slytherins" - and you do not want to know how I reatced! This viedeo actually upset me as much!
Also... wheever you say "they are cunning and self preserving" me is like "well Ravenclaws are also not that friendly - they are more likely to be intelligent enough to know when to stay out of harms way, as well....
@@TiloudouxRamen and so it is okay to sort of sort each and every unlikebale character into Slytherin?
I am not even arguing putting all the "lovely" death eaters into Slytherin
BUT I can see Slytherin trades in Kingsley, Moody, hell even Flamel.
What really annoyes me is the "self serving + not the most likeable = Syltherin"
Let me break that down for the two Crouches
(who in my opinion could also both have been Ravenclaw)
Both highly intelligent
Crouch Senior was not only intelligent to raise through the Ministry with the speed he did
BUT he was excepionally good at getting people to like him (and think he was a great candidate for the next Minister for Magic)
That for me is no Slytherin trade -
and that he sort of made some poor choices in his private lives also does not make him Slytherin for me.
Crouch Junior must also have been highly intelligent,
he was able to get into the deat Eaters earyl on - impress The LeStranges
he knew advanced magic
BUT he was (even after a decade or so in Azkaban) still intelligent enough to fool Dumbledore
which means he must have been able to remember a lot of things.
And every human is self serving.
Sort of - some are more, others less.
I am just dissapointed because this for me looks like "let's just put every character that is a bit shady ints Slytherin and ignore the ones that also have Slytherin trades but are liked"
@@darajeeling Well Bagman is not likeable and wasn't sorted into Slytherin, but I see what you mean, the argument he was bad was used far to often to justify Sytherin. However, I agree with the video on Barty Crouch senior. Yes he was intelligent and charismatic. But he was willing to sacrifice his son for the chance to become minister of magic. This makes me think that ambitious is the house trait that he embodied the most.
bruh like all the animagi in the books aren't even in ravenclaw, that means nothing. She's totally a Slytherin
I noticed that she started to redeem herself after the books, and I feel like she could be a good person that the Harry Potter team could pretend to be when writing tweets about the lore post series.
I've always pictured Cornelius Fudge as a Ravenclaw for some reason. He is similar to Lockhart. High social intelligence, knows what the public wants to hear (and what they don´t want to hear), and clever enough to give them exactly that. Cleverness is a trait valued by Ravenclaw. There are different kinds of knowledge, social intelligence being criminally underrated in that category. Though I get your argument for Slytherin. Fudge doesn't exactly scream curiosity, open-mindedness, and wisdom.
I am sad that Slytherin is known for its evil but despite that I'm proud to be a Slytherin
Thank you for uploading so much!😁 i watch all of your videos the day they come out and ive watched every single videos of yours, again thank you❤
You really don’t make it easy to be proud of being a Slytherin. Love your vids anyways! Keep it up!
You know that beauxbatons academy has there own three houses? Papillonlisse, Ombrelune, and Bellefeuille.
Flur would have in my option be in the Bellefeuille house:
-Bellefeuille students are well known for their bravery, sensitivity and compassion. Students of this house often display a tendency towards nature and all it holds. They are hard workers and it shows clearly in their academics. The Bellefeuille dorms are found in the turrets of the Great Tower.
Me personally im from Umbrelune house:
-Ombrelune is recognized for their ambition, curiosity, and logic. Students sorted into this house prize intelligence and rationality above all else. These students tend to be perfectionists as they strive for power and influence. The Ombrelune Tower is located in the East Wing, near the library.
Those sorted into Papillonlisse are known for their kindness and good nature. Often, these students show a talent for the arts and are very social people. They are social butterflies, as one might say. These students are valued for their maturity and their appreciation of humanity. Papillonlisse dorms can be found in the North Wing
And theres your beauxbatons history lesson from a fellow student :)
Where are these houses described (a.k.a.: source, please)?
wait only 3?! wow.
@@certainlynotthebestpianist5638 pottermore, along side prop replicas I own (beauxbatons acceptance letter, badges, etc) also the several beauxbatons house sorting quizes, all using the same info and houses.
I've never seen a 4th house or another fan made house. It's always been those 3.
and that's pretty much basic knowledge for any beauxbatons student. They even have houses for Dermstrang.
The Beauxbatons and Durmstrang houses are a fan-made thing. It’s stated in Pottermore/Wizarding World that Hogwarts and Ilvermorny are the only two schools with Houses or a Sorting system.
@@leonlacroix2638 1. The Harry Potter Wiki and Pottermore neither mention any houses. I don’t know why you would just lie like that.
2. Prop replicas are most likely not official
3. In GoF it is heavily indicated (possibly stated, don’t remember) that Hogwarts is the only of the main three European schools that actually have houses
4. It doesn’t make sense to have any personality-based houses in any school at all, the only reason they are in Hogwarts is due to major disagreements between a whopping four founders that were still close enough to be able to work. Ilvermorny has them to imitate Hogwarts.
I thought you would say Flamel was a Slytherin. He shows immense self preservation, a bit like Voldemort, and just because he is smart, doesn’t automatically make him a ravenclaw. It took the hat five minutes to decide whether McGonagall was braver or smarter, and Voldemort was extremely intelligent despite being raised by muggles, and being a Slytherin. I Can see why Flamel could be either one though.
He wasn't even hogwarts
@@arunjoseph3256 same as a third of the people on this list

If that's the case, then that means that 2 of each professor from 3 different houses were Defense Against the Dark Arts teachers.
Quirinus Quirrell - Ravenclaw
Gilderoy Lockhart - Ravenclaw
Remus Lupin - Gryffindor
Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody - Gryffindor
Dolores Umbridge - Slytherin
Severus Snape - Slytherin
By the way, yes, I know. In "Goblet of Fire", it wasn't the real Mad-Eye Moody that we saw, it was Barty Crouch Jr. disguised (via Polyjuice Potion) as Mad-Eye Moody.
Very cool idea for this video!
Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff look a bit underrepresented here, but that may just be because of the characters. I think you did quite a good job for the Sorting Hat :D
I remember you saying in Kingsley’s life of video that he was a Hufflepuff but he definitely seems like a Ravenclaw as he’s intelligent, witty while also being brave and daring like a Gryffindor and being loyal and kind like a Hufflepuff so maybe he could be good candidates for those three houses.
I feel like it was always an unspoken piece of knowledge that Madame Pomfrey was a Ravenclaw
I always figured that Professor Sprout was a Hufflepuff (which is confirmed) and Madame Pomfrey was a Ravenclaw
I wouldn't be surprised if Pomona was a descendant of Helga's.
i love how much attention to detail you put into all your vids- slay friend slay
I love that you still come up with such unique and fun videos!
None of the Death Eaters that escaped punishment after the first war did so with any cunning at all. It was bribery. They bought pardons from Fudge. Also not every Death Eater was a Slytherin. Pettigrew was a Gryffindor, Rookwood was an unspeakable and most likely a Ravenclaw. Amos was arrogant and living vicariously through his son, but there is nothing Slytherin about him. I honestly enjoyed the video but it needed way more thought.
18:00 I thought her name was a story of green grass 😂
Thanks for another great video!
Also, I think it would be great if you could make more Percy Jackson videos, especially because of the release of the Sun and the Star
:)
Movieflame helped the homeless. He helped a grand total of 35 people get a house. Great work morgan!
I would put Grindelwald in Ravenclaw. Yes, there's a very solid case for him to be in Slytherin, but his intelligence is equal to Dumbledore's, and his goals actually look a little noble from certain angles.
I think with Nagini, her snake form is just the leftovers of her human form. Though I’m possibly just applying similar logic that’s used in Miss Peregrines Home For Peculiar Children with the ymbrynes, snake Nagini is just that, a snake, not Nagini because of how long she’s been a snake.
Interesting- I agree with most of your picks, though I read the entire series thinking that Kingsley Shacklebolt was a Ravenclaw and Mad-eye a Hufflepuff, before releasing they never actually revealed their houses. I stick with my assessment, though I agree with elements that you've said. keep you the great videos!
Your videos are the best movie flame!! 🔥 your voise is so calming
You should do a What If video talking about what would happen if Quigon jinn survived his fight with Darth Maul.
Could you make a life of Winter Soldier/James"Bucky" Barnes,I love those videos and have watched all Harry potter and marvel life of ..videos.
Keep the good work.👍❤️
Anyone?
I want to add that Amelia Bones would be in Gryffindor because, during the Half-blood Prince, she shows bravery as she didn't give up without a fight when she fight against Voldemort. Molly’s twin brothers would be Gryffindor as they fought bravery during the first wizarding war they fight five death eaters including Antonin Dolohov. Everyone including Mad-Eye Moody said that they died like heroes. I think Jacob Kowalski would be in Hufflepuff, even though he doesn't have any magic, He is loyal to Newt as he helps him catch a few creatures and stops Grindelwald. He has fair play as he wants to marry Queenie but can't due to the wizarding law. Ollivander would be in Ravenclaw because he knows all about wands that show knowledge. He shows creativity as he picks wands for Harry Potter in the first book.
By far the most humblest person I met. Met him today and was super cool. Lol got a chance to clean someone’s house that’s famous lol. Keep up the great work man!
Comments help the algorithm, here's to you, Morgan!
Yo movie flame great video
IVE BEEN WANTING A VIDEO LIKE THIS FOR THE LONGEST TIME!
Insanely good! Again, I just wish we could meet and having a freaking conversation together! You're the only person I believe I could have the type of in-depth, thought provking and intelligant conversation I want!
the love protection on harry can also explain why voldemort could not really control him easily
Hey Morgan
Slytherin is not evil, but I do agree with you. Like Snape he is a Slytherin but isn't evil.
And slughorn too. He might of help Voldemort, but he was manipulated into doing so
Great video as always Morgan!
I'm so excited you did this love your videos
Awesome vid
Amazing video
Love this 😀 ❤️ I found myself sorting them all as well!
i’ve e always loved by the cannon that a characters house is based on what they value most, so I was pleased with a lot of these, even if you didn’t reason it that way
I thought Barty Jr was in Ravenclaw?
He is
How about doing a video on the good slytherins?
Great video ad always!!! Always watching!!
7:45 I saw a card of him he looks like he was sorted into Hufflepuff, but I sorted him into Slytherin
You should cover Lego Ninjago, it would be cool to see what Hogwarts houses you think these characters would be in.
I thought mad-eye moody was a huffelpuff…
I think Kingsley is also a good candidate for Hufflepuff. On Potter Watch, he states “We’re all human… Every human life is worth the same and worth saving.” I mean he very well could have been a Hatstall between those two houses.
Nothing better than waking up to a new Movie Flame video that’s just came out 🔥
Ludo Bagmin is the definition of a coward lmao.
when Fred and George (and basically the rest of the wizarding world) found out that Ludo scammed everyone, he just fled and said "goodbye"
no, he is not a gryffindor at all. Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw are also not close to his house
he is most definitely a Slytherin
Pettigrew was an even bigger coward, yet he was in Gryffindor.
@@Lillireify the reason Peter was in Gryffindor tho, was because he really wasnt loyal at all, wasnt exactly the smartest of the bunch, and as much as you'd like to believe Slytherin fits him, it just simply doesnt. 0 leadership skills, no ambition to really get anywhere whatsoever, always trying to just survive and choosing his decisions based on that (ie, choosing Voldermorts side).
yes, he was also a coward, but he had one brave moment, where he was considering standing up against Voldemort and helping Harry in Malfoy Manor. that is waaaay more than Bagmin has ever done
Hunger games characters in hogwarts houses
Grindelwald while showing great cunning & leadership skills, he also makes a good candidate for Ravenclaw given the insane amount of powers he had despite being kicked out of the school he originated in.
Also, as mentioned in the 3rd Fantastic Beasts film, the idea to subjugate the Muggles was not his idea, but Dumbledore's. Grindelwald was ironically turned dark by Dumbledore.
Plus Grindelwald's motives doesn't align that well with Slytherin as he doesn't seem to care about bloodlines. He accepted anyone who can use magic to his side and in all fairness his argument for wanting to destroy the Muggles makes a lot of sense - our capacity for making destructive weapons that could devastate the world.
And another thing, in the books when Voldemort came to him in his prison, Grindelwald actually tried to fight Voldemort in order to keep him the Wand, which he knew would be with Dumbledore. Even though they were rivals, he still loved and respected him, and died in defense of Dumbledore.
I think he's closer to Ravenclaw. And besides, the school he originated in kicked him, they taught Dark Arts there, which I bet many Dark Lords originated from. And for him to be kicked out and still not developing a personality like Voldemort says quite a lot.
The real irony of all this:
Dumbledore is the cause of 2 Dark Lords rising to power. First, Grindelwald. Then, Tom Riddle. Both of which wouldn't have become Dark Lords were it not for Dumbledore.
My question is, how the hell did Dumbledore end up in Wizard Heaven despite all the damage he caused?
I know you do this often but I'd like to thank you again for taking the time to think of those who've only seen the films.
I love the books dearly but I get that JKR's writing style isn't for everyone so some people preferred the films instead, it's just nice that you don't ignore characters from the books while making sure those who didn't read them at least have a basic understanding of said characters so they can enjoy these videos to their fullest.
I hope you're doing well, Morgan, it's my catch-up week for yt so you'll be getting quite a few more thumbs-up from me!
Rita was a ravenclaw.
Madeye moody was a hufflepuff
Ture
When you think about it, it actually makes a lot of sense
I would have put Kingsley and father and son Crouch in Ravenclaw, tho I can understand why you put them where you did. Apart from that, your sorting was spot on!
2:38 *him describing hufflepuffs*
Me: W-Why u describing me, HOW DO YOU KNOW ME?!
Please make a video of the harry potter characters being made into benders
What do you mean
@@wolfe1511 I mean that he should make a video of all the hogwarts characters being given bending abilities like in avatar the last airbender
Nice Video
i think that you are right on all 35. And I love all your videos.
I could watch videos on your take on Harry Potter all day long.
How come you don’t have a video on the life of Albus dumbeldore or Sirius black ?
Probably hasn't had time to make them yet. I'm looking forward to when he does
Oh also
"Self serving = Slytherin"
I am so glad Marietta Edgecome was a Ravenclaw and was extremely unloyal and selfserving in betraying her Freind and the DA
and Zacharia Smith... Hufflepuff
no loyalty except to himself and his standings.
Yes, I am really annoyed!
Yeah, Smith always annoyed me most as he really didn't show any of the qualities of our house
i love when you post
This was amazing we get to find out who goes in Who
