    INGREDIENTS:
    For Dough:
    2 cups All Purpose Flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    Half cup of water or more as required
    For Chicken Filling
    500gm minced chicken
    1 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
    1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
    1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
    1 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
    Quater cup melted butter
    Half cup oil
    Salt as per taste
    For Spicy Tomato chutney🍅
    2 fireballs fresh or pickled (if available) I have used fire balls instead of red dry chilli.
    Otherwise use 5-6 dry Kashmiri red chili 🌶
    2 medium size tomatoes 🍅
    2 cloves garlic 🧄
    salt as required 🧂
    Instructions:
    For the dough:
    In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt and water; and when the flour looks crumbly, knead to a stiff dough, with water and keep aside for about 30 minutes, covered with damp cloth, so that the dough doesn't dry out.
    For filling:
    To make the filling, Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-incorporated.
    Divide the dough into equal small portions. Shape them into balls and roll them out thinly, to a circular shape.
    Take a dough disk, place a spoonful of filling of chicken in the center, bring the edges together to cover the filling, twist carefully to seal.
    Meanwhile, get a steamer and fill it with some water and keep it for boiling. Arrange the dumplings/Momos on the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes or till they are steamed well.
    For Spicy Tomato chutney🍅
    Step 1
    if using dry chilli- Soak The Dry Red Chillies in hot water for min 30 mins until chilli becomes soft.
    Step 2 Boil tomatoes for 5mins
    Step 3 Once the tomatoes are done remove skins from them carefully. Put them in the blender and rest ingredients.
    Step 4 Blend the mix to a smooth paste until semi-thick consistency. Add some coriander the. Blend for 10 seconds more. The sauce shouldn't be too thick or too runny, just enough to lightly coat the momo when dipped.
    Serve hot with tomato chutney, chilli oil or any dips of ur choice!! Serve hot and enjoy!!
