Can confirm that Hunger is indeed one of the best utility. I was always surprised when one of the people I'd run with would out-stagger my tai scrapper in long fights on their reaper. I imagine Lunar isn't much worse burst stagger, just less sustain. Can't out weak-point me though. Also strange how my reaper also has my highest weapon quality. She's my only purple weapon owner... sadly.

Dislike the blackflip, it feels so "notneeded". Good to see it will be a dash in T4.
