Sure, will keep that in mind. Key light is from a brand called simpex, model SL-60. Went with that as I already had a elinchrom mount softbox. Otherwise Godox SL-60 is the best bet with a 90cm bowens mount softbox. Fill light is basically reflecting the key light from the wall and the hair light is a DIY setup 😬.
I had AFib reading with my Apple Watch sometimes. This happened twice to me. Like, I get twice AFib reading then the third one will be Sinus Rhythm. I also got checked ECG and Chest Xray both came out normal. Idk which one to believe though. What are your thoughts about this, sir?
If it’s having every now and then, do get consulted by a cardiologist. Sometimes it may not be Afib, it can be an artifact due shake or any interference of some other metals. I have noticed that, ECG does not record properly via Apple Watch when you use third party metal straps, so make sure you are using the silicon/cloth strap or any Apple Original strap.
@@AjmalShahaban I have the silicon though. I got checked out already and done ECG and Chest Xray. As I noticed, I have the AFib reading whenever my anxiety shoots up. And I took my the ECG during the anxiety attack. Does it have to do something with the reading?
@@titoboyet2071 AFib should not be taken lightly, if you are having symptoms like tachycardia (pulse >100), palpitation, chest pain, sweating etc, you need to consult a cardiologist. I would be able to advise or give medical help this way.
@@AjmalShahaban I don't have those symptoms though apart from the palpitations which I usually get when my anxiety flares up. That's what I also noticed about my heart rate. When the watch notified me AFib, my bpm is 84 and on the normal range.
Gosh.
This video is underrated.
Wish millions of people watch this!
