CCM is worse because it’s under a Christian label. At least listing to pop music I (and more importantly my kids) aren’t expecting to get biblical education.
Agree with you. The tunes sound just like these secular songs. Some of their lyrics contain dangerous doctrines. They appeal to the worldliness. CCM are even more sinister than these bubblegum secular music because these music pretend to be "Christian".
I grew up a Led Zepplin fan. If you read the book "Hammer of the Gods," The prolougue basically talks about the legend of Led Zepplin selling their soul to the devil, and the only person to not sign "the contract" with John Paul Jones. It then talks about how uncomfortable Robert Plant became of the themes of their songs as well as Jimmy Page's fascination with famous satanist Aleister Crowley. There was a 2-3 year period where much tradegedy fell on Robert Plant (his young son died, he was in a car accident, had marital problems with his wife). He actually refused to continue to sing "The Ocean" and "In my time of dying" because he felt it was "tempting fate." That band produced some of the best music in history, but they were definitely playing with fire. Now that i'm older, I stopped listening to them (and others), not because I'm afraid of playing it backwards at midnight and releasing a demon, but I don't want my subconcsious brain listening to words that don't produce fruit. It's the same with AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" and actually 90% of popular American music.
I was also raised Mormon and discovered the lies of the religion. Then, I went into agnostic and new age stuff. Most ex Mormons fall away from his after leaving Mormons church bc they teach such bizarre doctrine, it ruins your ability to receive the One True God. Thank Jesus and YHWH for rescuing me from hell and forgiving my sins!! Jesus saved me and I am born again in Christ, trying to serve Him everyday. Pray for all these artist!! 🙏
I just went non-denominational. I have never fallen away. It's about finding a place where they actually follow the Word in the way it was meant to be and not try to reinterpret it to their own liking.
I’m a delivery driver for work. I’m on the road all day. Literally today I was talking out loud about how hallelujah means praise God and how everything in the song hallelujah is anything but holy and worthy of connecting to God. I talk to myself a lot and pray to God a lot while I’m driving and today this came out out of nowhere. And I’m watching this video tonight preparing dinner and you guys bring up hallelujah. That is God talking to me and trying to get my attention. Praise God. This is all real. God bless your ministry.
I used to only half-joke that as long as the radio works, the car is good. I had to listen to the radio all the time while in the car. Lately, I've found it better to have the radio off completely, even from the contemporary Christian stations.
When she was alive, my mom (RIP) was a huge Beatles fan, but as a kid the song Imagine always bothered me. Imaginee there's no Heaven?!? So, what, do whatever you want?... Idk, it always disturbed me.
The difference between all those songs and now is that most of the artists had subliminal messages in their music, in 2024, it’s all out in the open. I used to listen to Three 6 Mafia (Triplesix Mafia) before I was born again. I don’t listen to rap anymore since then. Now, I pray for my son who follows “Suicide Boys”. I told him light cannot fellowship with darkness. Please help me pray for my son and this upcoming generation of men. Thank you and God bless! 🙏🏼♥️
Great channel, I just found it today. I was around 12 when My Sweet Lord came out. My much older brother, who worshipped the Beatles, asked me if I liked the song. Even though it had a good melody I told him I thought it felt evil. He got upset and said, "That's because you're evil!" Even though I couldn't fathom the lyrics towards the end, my spirit picked up on the evil vibe. I may have been young but I was open to the Holy Spirit. Edit for punctuation 🙂
When you get into a close and honest relationship with Jesus you start to understand the bad of this world and there's a strong desire to obey God and to glorify him. Very quickly you feel uncomfortable listening secular music because you know it's not honoring the Lord
As someone who's currently a DJ and grew up listening to Christian and secular music, I can tell you, a lot of the artists in the Christian world I'd listen to growing up are now doing really messed up things. Artists like Hillsong, Kirk Franklin, Israel Houghton (this one hurt when I saw what he's been up to lately), Maverick City, Tasha Cobbs Leonard (super compromised). In the Christian Latin world, Jesus Adrian Romero has been a major disappointment. Lecrae became something else but won't be quick to judge. The point I'm trying to say is that we need to stop classifying songs as Christian and secular because we have no idea what those composers are channeling to make the music they make. We are not in the studio with those artists. My take is, listen to whatever you want to because finding out your favourite Christian artist is a fraud is more painful than listening to a secular song where they're at least honest about the life they're living. There is more deception in Christian music because we let our guard down when it comes to people on a pulpit for some strange reason. We should be more vigilant with those who step onto a pulpit because they're the ones who are supposed to be setting the example of what Christians should be like since they're technically in a leadership position. Dont let your guard down with our fellow Christians and also, don't put anyone on a pedestal because humans will always let you down, Yeshua will not.
@@REBELATIONSPODCAST I understand you comment and I appreciate it but we do need to judge it says let us not do what they do separate yourself the holy unto God I guess we need to do research on people more than what we do there are sons of the devil and sons of God and you can tell who is who although some people fall and do repent internal away from the Wicked Ways not everyone does because they choose the evil way a lot of these people are corrupted by the money the fame The Pride what is it to gain the whole world and lose your soul that's what a lot of them have done God bless you have a blessed day God will judge them all he will judge us to if you're in doubt or listening to the music don't listen have a blessed day😇
One of the first things that happened to me when after I got saved was, I was repulsed by the music I had been listening to for decades. I threw it all in the trash and deleted my entire iTunes library, it took the Holy Spirit to open my eyes and heart.
Interesting. That did not happen to me at all. Now that I think about it, I have lost interest in a couple of albums I used to love, but I think they just got old to me after 20 years. ;)
About 9 years ago I was at an AC/DC concert and the Holy Spirit told me to look around , you don't belong here. I stopped drinking that day and stopped listening to all this crap music, last week I got baptized. Thank you Jesus!!
As a former unsaved rock fan, Im so thankful Lord protected me from Zeppelin & company. His effeminate, creepy voice and animal howling was always big problem for me but ALL my friends loved him. Same loathing of Beatles that I was mocked for, couldn’t explain why, but just disliked them & thought wildly overated. Whenever someone is WILDLY popular, something is wrong-run!
Verse illustrating your point. Luke 16:15 [15]And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
@@home_yes it’s not the greatest music. Robert Plant does sound like a woman when he sings. Beatles are just far too gone with their fame and fortune. Stones were the same. Even acts like Guns N’ Roses they have too much success, they make a racket, they were all on drugs at one stage and booze. Also Axl Rose actually sounded like a cat was being choked and strangled and meowing wrrow wrrow let go of me.
Don't fear the reaper - Blue Oyster Cult Rock you like a hurricane - The scorpions. Songs when I was growing up have a whole different meaning to me now. It's as if I have "ears to hear, and eyes to see" now.
I won’t listen to music without knowing exactly what the lyrics are. If I can’t sing the lyrics without conviction of the Holy Spirit then it’s a no. And I KNOW my Bible. I know what Gods word says. I’ve read it and I know the truth. It’s the only way to not be deceived!! Let me add…. I was supernaturally healed from a lifetime of severe depression and anxiety. God CLEARLY spoke to me and the Holy Spirit gave me discernment about what I listened to and what I watched. It was absolutely imperative in order to maintain my healing that I do not listen to the exact music you’re talking about. It’s no joke friends. I wouldn’t give up my peace and joy for ANYTHING, especially music or movies. It’s not worth it!! I threw out and deleted so much music! Praise God!!! I’m finally free!! 🙏🏼❤️✝️✝️🥰🙏🏼
I would like to be able to forget old songs but they come to the mind and go on repeat, like all the time, nonstop. Even when I wake up out of sleep. There doesn't seem to be any way of stopping it.
People also need to be very careful with contemporary "Christian" music. Most of which is nothing more than a love song to anyone. No mention of Jesus or any accurate scriptual reference.
John Todd said that the master tapes of all pop music are sent to The Church of Satan to have spells cast over them so that demons would follow those that bought it. He said that Satan's ultimate goal is to have Rock music infiltrate the Church & it already has. Christian Contemporary music sounds like second rate Rock or R&B. Rod Parsley during one of his television appearances had his musicians playing Van Halen's "Jump" during what was supposed to be Praise & Worship. This music effects people mentally & behaviorally whether they want to believe it or not. Everyone wants to believe that the music that they listened to in their youth was somehow cleaner & innocent. It's not. Satan's biggest trick is making the masses believe he doesn't exist.
Exactly! Satan is a deceiver! Before I truly gave my life to Jesus, I listened to all types. I listened mostly to rock and roll and some country. One day when I was standing in a chair making home made curtains, I guess I was focused on the curtains and just listening to the words of the song and Jesus showed me what I was listening to and had been singing to all these years. The song was called Sympathy for the Devil. I remember like it was yesterday, I jumped off the chair, dropped the curtains, and ran to the radio and un plugged it and I still turned it off even though i unplugged it because I didn’t want any portal to be opened. I fell on my knees and asked Jesus to be my Savior! I listened and watched they sold their souls for rock and roll and now even with June, my mind listens to the words before I can even sing to them!
@@williamjackson6705 this reminds me of something one of my former facebook friends said years ago “be careful with the music you listen to. Those lyrics get in and affect your behavior even if you don’t think they do”. I had to paraphrase the first sentence because I don’t remember the exact quote but that message has always stuck with me.
@@adaylateandadollarshort2971 He didn't mentioned Michael W. Smith however it's true that some people label their music as Christian music and it lacks of a biblical base, it's simple repeating basic words and with the new movement of worship where they want to create and experience to make you feel good and leaving behind the true meaning of worship which is give the glory to God. If you read some lyrics from Elevation Worship, Bethel, Maverick and so on and on you will realize that they have change and it's not the same essence from the beginning it's more for the likes and views and they started Removing the name of God, Jesus or Lord and sound more like a love song. To me, it was sad to see how from king and country doesn't sound the same and they were more interested on hitting the charts with songs that sounds positive, but leaving a bit behind the glory God which is something that we are call to do, in everything that we do give glory to him. So, I agree even if something or someone claim to be Christian we have to read the lyrics first and test it because if we are about to be singing those songs we have to remember that we have power with our words as well.🤗
0:20 that’s exactly why I don’t listen to secular music on purpose anymore. I hear it at work and the beat gets me and I realize quickly I’m loving the satanic beat 🥴

That changed the day I was born again.Alleluhah . Thanks be to God and his son and my best friend Yahshuwah ,Jesus Christ Emanuel Jesus Christo. That vail was lifted and I could now see and hear and understand the word of God in everything. Now its all about Rock Holy music. The lord is my rock, and thats how I roll.
What’s your opinion on classical/neoclassical? And which gospel artists are to be recommended? I have written some spiritual songs myself but have no way to put them to music.
Listening to secular music doesn't necessarily detract from you glorifying God and if you like a song its not an issue at all. Wearing name brand clothing can be considered just as bad for example... cheap slave labor, idolizing the brand, wasting good money on overpriced items, etc. Don't become too legalistic in your thinking. Just be smart about it. Otherwise, where do you draw lines regarding literally everything else that's not of God or biblically based?
I was born in 67 so I’ve probably listened to many if not all songs. I loved Led Zeppelin and had the words of stairway to heaven on my paper covered text book in 6th grade. I had many of their albums. I was saved at 11 but I don’t think I had the capacity to think that through but I remember feeling odd with many rock songs. Especially the progressive rock I loved so much. That’s just one song. One group. Listening to it played backwards blew my mind! I thought it was a falsehood. Wow. Praise God for allowing me to see what He needs me to see. God bless your ministry
@@cherylmusgrove7 there was Highway to Hell about going to hell by AC/DC which is still popular today and the lead singer died after swallowing his own puke in a drunken, comatose state. That song was definitely cursed.
Of course we should not listen to the songs that deny or insult Christ our lord. But I got good news. God made Lucifer and also gave him the gift of music. But there must be music out there that is from someone that also got this gift from God. Certain Classical music has a proven positive effect on plants and animals and humans . Certain Frequencies can heal and possessively influence your health .there is nothing God cannot do. And our lord does work in mysterious ways.
When I researched yoga, I was shocked to find out the positions related to. different Hindu gods. Christians have no business doing yoga, no matter how popular it is.
Years ago, I was helping my daughter with research for a speech that she was writing for competition within a Christian homeschool speech and debate league. The topic was "Why Christians shouldn't participate in Yoga." I came across an article that was written by an academic (PhD) who happened to be a Hindu. In his article he stated that yoga (means union) is a spiritual practice designed to honor Shiva and connect to the divine presence, first and foremost; the different positions assumed have specific meaning in the practice of yoga. My daughter received push back from some of her judges that there was nothing wrong with Christians practicing yoga for exercise alone. However, what many Christians don't realize is that yoga is not merely exercise alone regardless of how it's practiced.
Sadly, very few yoga practicing Christians want to listen despite all the evidence of negative spiritual consequences, and not to mention straight out idolatry as it's exactly what yoga is in its origins. We should keep praying for these people
Awhile back I prayed and asked the Lord if there were anything in my home that is offensive to him to show me, and things like this has been popping up, and I'll tell you this, I threw a lot of the music away after what was revealed to me! I thank God for opening my eyes to this!
I was also a huge Led Zeppelin fan as a kid, especially Jimmy Page. He was my inspiration to learn guitar. Then i discover his involvement with the occult and living in Aleister Crowley's home. All the satanic symbolism in the music. Really disappointing, but the devil deceives us.
I remember as a teen wanting to be just like Sandi Patti. But things happened in my life that sent me on a different path. Later, when Sandi got a divorce, I felt bad for her, but stopped following her music because she lied to us about the causes. Even when the truth finally came out, I just couldn't go back to her. But much more recently, when I heard her sing a duet on a "Christian" radio station, I was horrified. It was Disney's "A Whole New World"! And today, this is still on Gaither's Y/T channel (I just checked)! I thanked God that He had not allowed me fame or fortune. Now I mostly sing in hospitals and nursing homes with a community gospel choir. Fun, Fun! Praise the Lord!
I’m 68 and I always loved rock music. Loved Zeppelin, The Who, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, all of it. I was saved in 2009 and never listen to it anymore, but sometimes I miss it. I always found the evil in rock music to be in the sensual melodies and percussion. It gives a person inappropriate thoughts. My mom always hated rock music and now, finally, I understand why.
Wow. Even in the 80’s we’d try to play Zeppelin backwards and thought it was a conspiracy theory, but I realized when Page bought Crowley’s place it had to be true. There’s evil even in so called Christian music, it’s all about “self” and not God. No wonder Jesus said when He returns will He even find faith on the earth?!!!! 💔💔💔
My sweet Lord, from Harrison, was from god Krishna, that George followed, he had a friend car racer, who was Christian. In an interview that friend led him to Christ before George passed.......Hopefully George did actually gave his life to Christ Jesus...🙏🙏🙏🙏
Interesting! I used to be a big G H fan and knew he of the 4 was the most seeking inner peace and least flamboyant though Ringo is pretty down to earth though him incessantly says "Peace & Love" his mantra imo.
I hope George did come to know Jesus before he passed. I’ve always loved the song, My sweet Lord, the only lyric that bothered me was the Krishna line. I too love Give Me LoveGive Me Peace on Earth. This is the thing, God has predestine all of us to do and be, so I believe artists who create beautiful songs come from God, and some from Satan. How can we believe such beautiful music and words could be demonic. I will always love George Harrison, John Denver and many more. Said from a born again Christian. ❤
I am going to add one more to the list. The song called, "Spirit In The Sky". If you have to read the lyrics to the song, you will read what's it all about.
I don't listen to any secular music. It's so hard when I am in the store and hear old tunes I used to love. It's a battle not to sing along! Music is very powerful!
I go to the Goodwill or other store and CAN'T STAND the secular music and that they play it SO LOUD... I can sometimes barely concentrate on what I'm supposed to be doing!
Your comment led me eventually to Dream Weaver's Wikipedia page. I had no idea that song was inspired by the book Autobiography of a Yogi, which had been given to Gary Wright by George Harrison. Or that Wes Craven himself cited Dream Weaver as the inspiration for the concept behind his movie A Nightmare on Elm Street.
There is also country music that is not appropriate , a lot of people I know listening to country music is safe because it is perceived as wholesome and down home music, but if you stop and listen to it a lot of it’s about adultery having affairs and doing things against Gods will.
I don't even think I made it halfway through. Quit watching during the Led Zeppelin bit. Really frightening stuff I don't need in my head. But sure are glad there are Christians who are exposing the truth.
I can't believe my favorite bands used to be so evil. God is so merciful to me. We need to pray for the deceived, my heart breaks for them bc so many ppl I love don't have this revelation. This is so important. Thank you
With the guy from Imagine dragons, he obviously has been beat in life that he little by little his hope and faith he had has been beaten down and out, sadly. Poor guy. The guy is hurt inside. And anyone who has spiritual discernment can see that. He needs prayer to come back to faith in the real JESUS.
Only God knows a person's heart, but I'm not sure where you get tgat idea. He's indulged in some pretty intense drugs, so he's done a lot of it to himself.

This is why I only listen to old gospel hymns like we sing at church I hate secular music it actually bothers my ears and it gets on my nerves the gospel hymns bring me peace and joy.
When you understand that lucifer was the head worship leader in heaven, like you mentioned, it totally makes sense that he would use that to gain worship for himself.🤷♀️
Wow! I’m amazed again at how blind I was to the lyrics I so often sang. I never realized all the lyrics to “Hallelujah.” I’m so glad I’ve been saved and that the scales have been removed. Praise the Lord! Now I get to sing songs about my redeeming Savior and his holiness and the power in the blood!!
How well I remember playing stairway to heaven backwards on my stereo after I listened to a cassette tape about rock songs being demonic. Yeah! Thats when I started to trash my secular hard rock albums. I agree with you about The Beatles. I noticed a big change in them when they came back from India. All of a sudden they went from 4 clean cut guys with mop tops singing Love songs and silly songs to LSD freaks! They were under the influence of a Maharishi ( I'm sure he got a lot of money from the guys.) Their music style changed...so did their clothing. I felt something weird every time I heard the sound of a sitar. I wasn't Born Again in those days. But I wanted nothing to do with drugs or hinduism. I liked most of the British songs. I couldn't stand to listen to " satanic majesty's request". It sounded dark and creepy. I guess I was shown discernment. I used to have the 'Woodstock" album. I had to skip over several songs. Amoung them any songs that had sitar music. India invaded American in the 60's. Their demonic culture is everywhere. Yoga practiced in many churches. I went to a yoga class at the Y many years ago. I felt something very creepy when we were instructed to make sounds and go into a position. I didn't stay long. I told the instructor ( a professing Christian) that I didn't feel right about doing yoga. She tried to convince me to stay. I didn't. I got out of there. Todays songs are worse. More obvious. In your face. They play that music in the stores. I was a lead singer in a Christian metal band in the 90's. I wrote warning songs like "Death Penalty" "The End" and "Dark Days". Also songs "Riches of Men" and "Deceived by Belief" These songs were in your face. I prayed with a lot of youth in those days. Still this day I minister to youth...even in Walmart. I wear hippie clothes. It opens up to a conversation. Many listen to me as I challenge them to read the Bible. Thanks guys for exposing the evil side of rock bands. Not all are bad. You just have to have discernment. "Bad Moon Rising" by C.C.R. is a warning song...also "Time" The Chambers Brothers. Blessings to you guys! Looking up!
Indian here.. what u say is 100% true.. Indians are trying to impose their culture, their gods and their habits everywhere they go. Since we are a large population, they immediately get accepted. Pls pray for my fellow country men and also for others to not get deceived
I decided to stop listening to secular music after Jesus delivered me of anxiety and depression and I'm going for over 2 years now and it has been one of the best decisions I've made I honestly don't miss it. Praise the Lord❤
This was a great video suggestion from the algorithm. Thanks for making it. I never listen to secular music, and haven’t for some time now. Even today’s “Christian” music by Toby Mac and the like are all suspect, although I would rather listen to that music than anything on normal radio. Give me a hymn from the old songbook any day! What a friend we have in Jesus! So it’s Onward Christian Soldiers for me, let us be marching out to war against the lies and Satanic sophistry of demonic evil music.
The hallelujah song has always bothered me. I knew there's something was not right about that. I wish Christians would take the time to listen and learn and stop singing it.
Just removed all the secular music from my house...I have to cover myself with the blood of Jesus from head to toe because when I go places its playing in places where music can be played. Like shopping malls...grocery stores...elevators...retail stores...Etc..Etc..Etc..
@@JB4375 that’s right, it’s about mass control. You get that in places like Russia and China. There were places known to have been like that such as Cambodia and Uganda.

The British Invasion was brought forth by the Tavistock Institute, which uses MK Ultra. The Stones, Beatles, Who, were designed to influence, and demoralize, the culture in the US. I’d say they did a fair job, unfortunately.
I'm sick to my stomach. I've sung so many of those songs, especially while driving places. I heard in the 80s another one bites dust said it's fun to smoke mj backwards, but had no idea stairway to heaven said these things. May Jesus forgive my ignorance.
Discernment has definitely been kicking in with music lately for me. It’s hard for me to listen to most of it any more. It amazes me how much there is like these. 😢
The led zeppelin singing backwards gave chills & my cat woke up in a frenzy hearing it & hissed before running away. I’ve never heard this cat hiss or be aggressive like that before.
I suppose we can listen to a thing for decades and not hear something; it's like when watching a film you've seen countless times and suddenly you notice something.Quite freaky; the other day I had Peppa Pig on,British children's tv show and one animal had wet hair from the rain; said rain was exactly three curls shaped as the number 6; I wondered how many would notice that. This shit is everywhere!
I find it sad that we don't hear these messages in local churches today. They'd be considered too "controversial" and would probably offend many of those listening to the messages
When I was a teenager I was always depressed and did not know why. So one day God asked me to stop listening to worldly music. Depression gradually left me when I obeyed God's instruction. That was when I realized worldly music was the cause of my depression.
Wow you know something i heard recently is our ears and eyes are a window into our soul which is why music is so powerful and has such an effect on us.
It sucks when people don't believe me about the music industry and hollywood and other evil stuff. 🙏 lord and savior jesus christ and father god please let folks see the wickedness for what it is and care.
The song “Hotel California “ really creeps me out. I think you guys did a video on The Eagles. Funny how this is considered “soft rock” when it’s nothing but promotion of satanic worship. Sad.
The song Hallelujah always bothered me. It is certainly not a Christian song, though it's even sung in Christian churches. People think it's religious because it says Hallelujah and refers to Biblical characters. But it's more about their apostasy, not their faith.
I am so grateful the Lord delivered me from all this in 1980 when I was Born Again .all through the 70s went to most all of these concerts ,had their music in my house .I am Sooooo thankful.

Led Zeplin's music is unfortunately very good. I used to love the music before becoming a believer. Even now, if I were to listen to them, I would get caught up and forget how satanic they are. The enemy is very good at deceiving people through the music.
I too was an avid Zeppelin fan...but since learning about their very obvious admonishing of the devil-boy....and reading the Lyrics! That's what you gotta do for all music genres including Country and many other genres of music. And since my return to Truth and our Creator... I no longer desire it...and bc I'm a music lover...I checked out the Christian music scene and am amazed what fantastic music and vocals I'm hearing! Finally! I’ve been saying this for a couple of years that the song Hallelujah was evil!! I heard it years ago, and looked up the lyrics, and I was disgusted by the words! Then I did research on Leonard Cohen, and I discovered that he was a very troubled man who was not a Christian or follower of the LORD! And Yet all these people are singing this song like they are in the House of GOD! To me it really feels demonic, and I’m glad you made it clear that it is!!✝️🙏
Even when the lyrics aren't satanic, they're STILL glorifying the artist and making them an object of idolatrous worship. Always ask yourself, who is this song glorifying? 🤷
I‘d say this depends on the type. Instrumental music certainly can be demonic too, see techno, but I do not see anything wrong with listening to Beethoven
Yes, since I started following Jesus it's so hard to look at these pics people who completely idolize themselves and want everyone else to idolize them too. It's really sickening

You could have done a whole video on the last segment. I clicked on this to see what you had to say about Barry Manilow. He was my first childhood crush, but now in old age, I find him extremely creepy. Forget the fact that he is gay, that is bad enough, but I find it far worse that he allowed himself to be marketed to preteen girls as a sex symbol, and lied about his age. He is actually a few months older than my mother, and he was being marketed to me through People, Teen Beat and Tiger Beat as a sex symbol. Even if he were straight, that would be creepy. I knew that song was written by Bruce Johnston, as I had every word of every record jacket of Barry Manilow's memorized, but I didn't realize that Bruce Johnston was a Beach Boy. That opens a whole 'nuther level of creepiness, as the Beach Boys were involved with Charles Manson and with Terry Melcher and all of them were mixed up with Anton Lavey. I don't even want to remember any of these songs. I want them gone from my mind.
The interesting thing is it’s also the new “Christian” music too. The roots of where it comes from, if we all knew the backgrounds we would not sing along with it.

At around 22mins, when mentioning hozier, I agree theres actually alot of anger in that song and them the olypmics, their blasphemy of the Last Supper, again it reminded more of a Lust supper, the spirit of lust, defile and perversion being released (and accepted) even more into and by the world...😢
I've heard that some churches have performed Don't Stop Believing by Journey in their praise and worship service. How does Christ get the glory in a song about two perfect strangers hooking up and spending the night together?
My best friend from childhood was so obsessed with Jim Morrison, I believe she was possessed. She even changed her hair and look to look like Pamela Morrison. She ended up dying of an heroin overdose at age 21. That was 20 years ago. Music took us down a dark path and only I made it out. She didn't and unfortunately I will never be the same. But I know this is true abiut music bc I lived it.
Wow I'm so sorry and I totally get that. I knew a girl in school who was very similar to the girl you described. And it's almost like the music of The Doors literally rewrote her soul. And you know from your experience that I'm not kidding. It actually happened. And of course Jim Morrison became her god.
Great video. I recognized all the songs mentioned here to be demonic even when I was much, much younger, except for one - “I Write the Song “. Wow, it makes sense. How could that have escaped me, I don’t know, but maybe because I thought Barry Manilow only sings safe romantic songs.
God bless your ministry. I loved Hallelujah because Pentatonix sang it and ao beautifully. I am a songwriter and singer and i was fooled. Your channel has opened my eyes when I thought that I was cognizant of these songs.
Contemporary Christian music is equally as problematic. Filled with non Christians and deconstructers.
CCM is worse because it’s under a Christian label. At least listing to pop music I (and more importantly my kids) aren’t expecting to get biblical education.
Grow up..
Agree with you. The tunes sound just like these secular songs. Some of their lyrics contain dangerous doctrines. They appeal to the worldliness. CCM are even more sinister than these bubblegum secular music because these music pretend to be "Christian".

I totally agree!!! It's getting really nasty and sneaky. Greed has taken over our nation!
Satan was the angel of music....of course he infiltrates music.

Everything is about the almighty dollar now and pushing Satan's agenda. Some of the so called Christian artists I believe were never about God.

One of the first things that happened to me when after I got saved was, I was repulsed by the music I had been listening to for decades. I threw it all in the trash and deleted my entire iTunes library, it took the Holy Spirit to open my eyes and heart.

Now that I think about it, I have lost interest in a couple of albums I used to love, but I think they just got old to me after 20 years. ;)

I get made fun of, too, for disliking the Beatles..."they were genuises!" Well, maybe so, but their music sucked.
@@home_yes it’s not the greatest music. Robert Plant does sound like a woman when he sings. Beatles are just far too gone with their fame and fortune. Stones were the same. Also Axl Rose actually sounded like a cat was being choked and strangled and meowing wrrow wrrow let go of me.

JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY.
People also need to be very careful with contemporary "Christian" music. Most of which is nothing more than a love song to anyone. No mention of Jesus or any accurate scriptual reference.
It’s a lot of worship of self what God can do for me.
Hidden secret society in the names and logos.

Much of it is as you say, could be a love song to anyone. We have to be very discerning.
If Rod Parsley had his band play any Van Halen song they should have played his theme song, "Runnin' With the Devil".

Study up on the kundalini spirit. It comes to inhabit you after you practice yoga long enough. Read about it for yourself. It is demonic.
Sadly, very few yoga practicing Christians want to listen despite all the evidence of negative spiritual consequences, and not to mention straight out idolatry as it's exactly what yoga is in its origins. We should keep praying for these people
I’m always reminding my kids to pay attention to the lyrics and even the lives of the artists they listen to. Even “Christian” artists!
Most Christian artists are worldly also.

I wont listen to My Sweet Lord nor will I listen to Imagine. If you listen to Imagine it is an atheist themed song.
Fabs have dark under current
And “Imagine” is also about communism
I changed the words to Imagine and recorded a praise song
Yeah, I was so disappointed when I figured that out 😔
Are you referring to "I can only imagine," by Mercyme?
My husband and I love old gospel hyms. So glad Jesus Christ rescued us from the evil Pitt!
This explains why I can't stand imagine dragons.
Imagine dragons talks about how their song thunder is about the devils fall from heaven
Just removed all the secular music from my house...I have to cover myself with the blood of Jesus from head to toe because when I go places its playing in places where music can be played.
Like shopping malls...grocery stores...elevators...retail stores...Etc..Etc..Etc..
Can't believe you didn't talk about IMAGINE by Lennon. Straight up demonic.
LMAO
Imagine is actually Lennon's homage to communism, which he owned up to when questioned about it, and of course is atheistic.
@@JB4375 that’s right, it’s about mass control. You get that in places like Russia and China. There were places known to have been like that such as Cambodia and Uganda.
So being an atheist is demonic?
Great point, a lot of lyrics that are simply accepted as "great songs" have questionable lyrics and dark or empty messages.
Interestingly, I found out the truth about "Hallelujah" through a Brazilian Pastor (female) and she also explained the dangers of not paying attention to the songs you're listening to. At the end of the day sometimes not even "Gospel Music" is safe to listen to
Always check back with Holy Scripture. if it doesn't align, then avoid it.
That is a bad song!
The new album of Taylor Swift is so anit-God. Mocks the cross. Garbage.
I believe demons are doing a lot of evil through Taylor Swift it's really bad. :(
The British Invasion was brought forth by the Tavistock Institute, which uses MK Ultra. The Stones, Beatles, Who, were designed to influence, and demoralize, the culture in the US. I’d say they did a fair job, unfortunately.
They definitely brought false eastern mysticism in that music. The music of that era is rife with it.
I'm sick to my stomach. I've sung so many of those songs, especially while driving places. I heard in the 80s another one bites dust said it's fun to smoke mj backwards, but had no idea stairway to heaven said these things. May Jesus forgive my ignorance.
💡💡✅️💔
Here I was thinking I was the only one who got creaped out by that. It made my skin crawl.
After I read your comment, I checked my Apple Music for any Zepp in my library. Thankfully I don’t have any.
Wow animals are very perceptive ❤
I find it sad that we don't hear these messages in local churches today. They'd be considered too "controversial" and would probably offend many of those listening to the messages
Gotta be 'inclusive', right? To the exclusion of Christ Himself ...
Liberal churches are useless. I'd like to hold my own service if I could only speak.
When I was a teenager I was always depressed and did not know why. So one day God asked me to stop listening to worldly music. Depression gradually left me when I obeyed God's instruction. That was when I realized worldly music was the cause of my depression.
Amen
Wow you know something i heard recently is our ears and eyes are a window into our soul which is why music is so powerful and has such an effect on us.
It sucks when people don't believe me about the music industry and hollywood and other evil stuff. 🙏 lord and savior jesus christ and father god please let folks see the wickedness for what it is and care.
What’s sad is that Contemporary Christian Music is now the arm of the deconstruction movement. We are losing pure worship music day by day.
@@vikinglobo2415 nah always can go bk to traditinal hymms there out there
I HATE that Halleluia song. It is disgusting. Also some churches change the lyrics, but it's not enough. It's truly disgusting.
The song
“Hotel California “ really creeps me out. I think you guys did a video on The Eagles. Funny how this is considered “soft rock” when it’s nothing but promotion of satanic worship. Sad.
Don Henley and Glen Frey smoked so much weed they got high and dubbed their band the Eagles
Don Henley dated Stevie Nicks. Nuff said.
They mock God and laugh but they won't laugh when they meet Jesus.
Amen. That's why I like listening to music with no words like classical music or House music. Words in music lead people to commit sinful actions...
@@luciaalexandria2616 and you get musicians such as Joe Satriani and Steve Vai that use rock music without words in too
The song Hallelujah always bothered me.
5:25 wowwww I actually liked that song but had no clue what the lyrics were!😱 now I’m a Christian I deleted ALL my songs i paid for from iTunes and i had a good few hundred! I’m way too scared to have any music playing now so I only have gospel/worship music and even then I’m careful with them too. Thank you for opening our eyes to so many things we don’t necessarily see till it’s pointed out! Love your channel 🙏🏽✝️😊♥️♥️
Thanks for putting this information together. You can't serve two masters.
Songs written with such a creative texture...a layering of voice is simply uplifting and I'm grateful for ABBA Father for bringing certain artists to my feed and discovering Music 🎶 I've never tapped into!
Not all of it is truly those who serve the Most High...the devil is everywhere....but guess what...God is even more so! 😊🙏🏻🎶💖
@@kimtruthseeker5000 You still have to have discernment when it comes to Christian music - Hillsong, Bethel, etc. Be blessed.
It's addictive, it's clever, but it's never good.
@@kimtruthseeker5000country and western such as Alan Jackson is rock and roll with steel guitar playing and it’s more sexual, leading to perverse sexual behavior like homosexuality and incest
Love this video and God definitely wanted me to watch it. I was so into music, rock and metal. I thought the backwards play was a lie told decades ago to get people to buy albums. What’s crazy is after I gave my life to Christ I stopped listening to my music. It was taken out of my life painlessly and now I know why. His is great!!!
I’m afraid that some of the Christian artists I listen to might not have good intentions. I can’t tell the difference, but I will continue to pray for discernment 🙏🏽
Like who
To me it really feels demonic, and I’m glad you made it clear that it is!!✝️🙏
Agreed !!!
Leonard Cohen was a secular Jew and never professed to being Christian
Have you even heard of Jewish folks?
Even Satan believes in God. We must be careful what we listen to! Thank you for sharing!😊
Even when the lyrics aren't satanic, they're STILL glorifying the artist and making them an object of idolatrous worship. Always ask yourself, who is this song glorifying? 🤷
Amen!
@@radiohobbyist13 rock concerts worship the band, not God, whether it’s only by playing guitar and drums, crowd surfing or moshing.
Exactly! It gives different spirits and starts making emotions go haywire! That is not of Jesus at all!
Rap music sucked me in as a teenager and contributed to such a sinful life. i wish i had never heard this devilish music
Same. And rock n roll
@@Amir_Nassir rap music has always been centered around gangs with gun violence and crime running rampant. Tupac got himself killed because he got too close to gang culture and the people within decided they were going to slaughter him, so they did by loading him up bullets.
@craiglanyon7752 not exactly always in the mid to late 80's was positive rap, wasn't until 90's hit then it became more gangster rap. And yes I got sucked into it lol. Praise God I don't listen to it anymore
Same with the other music if it isn’t old gospel I don’t even trust new Christian music.
@@Bumpys4819rap got messed up by white men in business suits when it was made for ethnic groups who were intended to be listening to it. And with n words, they are being used by African Americans. N word when a white or Chinese person says it it’s offensive and when an African American person says it, it’s twice as offensive. Rap is also racist.
Great video, can you talk about the current praise songs from Bethel and Hillsong that our churches need to watch out for? I know this topic is well covered in other channels but I'd like to see what you think.
Bethel & Hillsong are not good
When you get into a close and honest relationship with Jesus you start to understand the bad of this world and there's a strong desire to obey God and to glorify him. Very quickly you feel uncomfortable listening secular music and popular music with lyrics not honoring the Lord. Do not glorify or enjoy sinful lyrics. I never knew the words to many songs… now I do.
When the Beatles music shifted during that time, I stopped listening to them.
There were a lot of so called popular songs I turned off.
God Bless You! This channel is saving souls! May God bless everyone who's watching.
We are the Temple of God, we need to keep ourselves clean. May God be merciful on these people, to use them, to help them turn to Him, and to Salvation before is way too late. May Jesus sustain us all with His Mighty Mercy and Salvation until That One Mighty Day☦🇷🇴☦🙏🏻🛐🪔😇☦👑
At around 22mins, when mentioning hozier, I agree theres actually alot of anger in that song and them the olypmics, their blasphemy of the Last Supper, again it reminded more of a Lust supper, the spirit of lust, defile and perversion being released (and accepted) even more into and by the world...😢
I've heard that some churches have performed Don't Stop Believing by Journey in their praise and worship service.
My brother was obsessed with him, commited suicide
He died before she was born. How could she be obsessed?
People become obsessed and consumed by their "heroes" all the time...deceased or not.
