Can you show your start to finish process of UV Printing? Like starting from importing the image into your computer software, all the settings you choose, and printing it out?
yes that's a good question , i have a normal UV printer with white ink and i want to try this , but i want to know the the more info about A and B Film
Great output! I tried something like that from a local supplier but the white underneath shows when a colored design is applied on top. Do you have issues like that? And if so, how do you remedy?
maybe in the graphic software, change the opacity of the white so it isn't so opaque? I don't know if the white is just automatically printed or if you have to place it there in the software, like the way you have to while printing white under clear stickers with eco-sol.
Transfers on hard substrates ie drink bottles, mugs, lunchboxes etc. how do they go in the washing process? Is it a hand wash only or will they stand up to being put in the dishwasher?
I need your help in a matter and I apply it in the same way, but after printing, when separating the A film from the B film, although I am very careful, do the paints have wrinkles in the paint? I need your help in this matter.
Sorry for the delayed response! But our UV experts aren't available to support via RUclips. You can give them a call at 877-793-3278 and they can help you out!

can we use dish washer to wash our cups, after print the sticker on it?
I don't get it. Printing onto the glue. Then, laminating. Where does the rest of the glue sheet go?
There isn't any surplus surrounding the print.

The material that it is printed on has an adhesive on it. The laminate is to help heat the glue as well as being used as a transfer tape.
I know, I don't get it, either. I just bought a UV printer and I am going to try this out. Maybe it will make sense...
I totally want it!!

With any custom drinkware, handwashing is usually recommended. But these decals are pretty sturdy. However you should always test your substrate!
How are you calculating your cost?
Great video! Is possible to use DTF UV to customize t-shirt as DTF DTG? Thanks in advance
No, we have not found a great solution for fabric and UV - we do have that solution for DTG though
You are using with a Muton the DTF sheet but can you use any other make/model like say the Compass? of a Mimaki 6042?
We have only tested it on these UV Printers
