Hello! As promised in the last video, today I am sharing a recipe for Cherry Marshmallow on dry protein without boiling. I will also show you three options for serving marshmallows: glazed in chocolate, in a cone and marshmallow. Due to the use of only cherry puree, the taste of marshmallows is very rich and natural!

Ingredients:
300 gr frozen cherries
100 grams of sugar
150 ml of water
10 g agar agar (900 blooms) - take only professional agar agar
400 gr sugar
250 gr cherry puree
