@@avalanch3_amv yeah don’t mention it, a really good slice of life I love that I think isn’t very well known is silver spoon, Run with the wind is a good lesser known sports/drama, Gankutsuou is one I just finished that’s a really great revenge story, More recently released if you haven’t seen them I’d recommend, Vivy, To your eternity, and shadows house, which one those have you seen/heard of?

im gonna watch berserk and fire force also thanks for reccomending jujutsu kaisen WHICH I JUST FINISHED THE FIRST SEASON OF BEFORE WATCHING THIS. I agree with the jujutsu kaisen reccomendation fully. i loved it.
If you like Fire Force you might like Witchhunter Robin. Very underrated anime, imo. Similar starting premise where a young replacement joins a witch hunting organisation. It is very monster of the week style at first as you get to know the characters but slowly its story unfolds to a great finish at the end. If you like Berserk you might like Basara, not for its violence though, but for its epic story and world building.
Magi is so good, it still blows my mind it never got a season 3. It's been so long since I've seen it, I couldn't even tell you what happened, but S2 episode 1 left such an impression on me, I still remember that it completely changed my entire opinion of the series. It just went from 0 to 10 right off the bat, and it made me forever remember the exact episode that made me really get hyped for the series.
Yo, this is a dope list. As someone who’s watched many of these already, I believe your recommendations were very spot on! I was looking for new anime to watch and now I’ve got several (Aldonah Zero, Baccano, Guilty Crown, Claymore, Banana Fish). Also, I finished Monster not long ago and it was a great story. Big recommend, especially if you like to binge.

Re: code geass- if we’re talking about the visuals/cinematography + the metaphorical aspects of the storytelling‚ it definitely falls into the same category as revolutionary girl utena (heavily influenced cg, ichirou okouchi wrote for both) and neon genesis evangelion (has giant robots) imo
ok but what are more shows like code geass in the aspect of how she was saying it was like a chess game like no game no life i dont rlly care for all the gundam meccha stuff but the smart protagonist or something similar type thing
If you liked the promise neverland (season 1. you know. the only season they came out with. really disappointed in how season 2 got cancelled) you should watch School-live. I won't tell you anything about it, because it is a show that you really need to watch COMPLETELY blind to get the full effect of. but i promise you won't be disappointed

i know this sounds really childish, and it is.. but ever since i was little i’ve always love love LOVED colorful and girly animes. i’m 15 and i still am so into colorful animes with cute dresses and all of that.. its my guilty pleasure 😭 😭

I just finished fruits basket yesterday and I was looking for a new anime that would help me get over how sad i was that I finished it- then when i looked on Hulu it was torturing me cause it kept recommending fruits basket and i eventually gave up on finding new animes until now lol

It's actually really sad to see people hyping up Bunny-girl-senpai so much because they haven't seen Bakemonogatari. Bunny-girl-senpai is a literally what your mom tells you you have at home when you want Bakemonogatari. It's that good! And even the Bakemonogatari manga is superb. You think Yusuke Murata and Kentaro Miura can draw epic stuff? Just read Bakemonogatari and Ito Ogure will complete your Holy Trinity of Manga artists!
Very good list of animes, some of which I didn't know. Could you or someone else please make a list of animes that are already completed/finished. Waiting for the next chapter to be released is the worst. Not to mention, by the time some new chapters are released one may forget crucial points of the story and be kinda lost into the continuation.
