A good conclusion to such a well-researched and planned interview. I found it interesting that it was really the games that Robert found the most interesting challenge. Even compared to writing the first TRS-80 spreadsheet program, and dealing with cyclic references! I was sorry to hear about the difficult time, but I'm glad Robert was able to return and continue doing what he was so good at! Thank you, everyone.
Thank you so much for this lovely interview. Thank you Mr. Kilgus for taking the time. You and your interviewers seem to be really nice and charming characters. Maybe Mr. Kilgus didn't want to speak about his life after that disappointing two years of unpaid labor. It would have been nice to say a little more about that, but again, it's none of my business. I hope your (and your wifes) life after turned out to be awesome, joyful, healthy and rewarding. Sorry for my bad English! Thank you all!
I can add that (after a couple years) our lives went on to finish off our 54 years of marriage still close, in love, and intimate - just the two of us - until she died in 2023.
He talked about tables and that was nice when you needed to add new hardware to use some of the same functions or when you needed to index into data files.
I have an email exchange with him on my Coco games website (look for the "approvals from authors" section) which goes into some of the background of the game.
Excellent, from the beginning of the first episode to the end of this one. Thank you.
Great Interview thanks to Ken & Curtis and Robert.
It was fun to do.
Greatly enjoyed the interview. Thanks to you and Curtis for taking the time and making the effort to do this.

@@RobertKilgus Thank you for responding!
54 years, wow, that's nice!
I am sorry to hear that she passed away last year. That is so sad.

Now you need to find and talk to the person that wrote downland.
