    When I do the test for hips, my hamstrings cramp up, both sides. Recommended video for that?

      Thanks Geoffrey. You are definitely not alone on that. I'd say 80% of the clients I say cramp up. Try this video to get the glutes activated and working more: ruclips.net/video/vwQPdYuENpU/видео.html

      Hi Peter, thank you for the comment. Without knowing the severity of your injury, I would suggest consulting a physical therapist in your area to learn which exercises are best and safest for you.
