Hiii. Have you considered doing any 'no-talking' videos with visual instructions and audio cues for when to change? Talking in videos is incredibly distracting to me and leaves me incredibly un-relaxed and unable to focus. I'm struggling to find anyone who does pelvic floor videos without talking.
