Y’all!!!! This is bomb!!!! I baked mine with extra butter and I let it sit for a while. The buttery taste mixed with the sweetness from the brown sugar, syrup, and honey is DELICIOUS. So many negative comments. If y’all don’t eat all that sugar, then minimize yours! Simple.
I made this with some substitutions for my households dietary needs (no seeds or coconut, but increased pecans, walnuts and added small amount of psyllium husk and some Promix protein puffs ) and it is fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It's easy and delicious and my family is devouring it!
I made it! I made it less sweet, because I also have less oats, it's still crunchy as it cools. Didn't have Cheerios and don't like coconuts it was still so yumms! When this finished I will make another batch with extra butter and maple syrup 😍 This recipe is a keeper I'm happy I love oats
The problem with this Granola is.. It's so dang good and ya want to eat it all.. 🤦🏽♀️ Thank you Great Recipe!! 🥰 Made this a few times some of the big chunks I dipped the bottom in Dark Chocolate 😊..
Awesome video thank you! I've made granola several times now and it's not as crunchy as I've wanted and I'm happy you shared the tip about the sugar=more crunchy! I haven't used sugar, just maple syrup and honey so explains that! 🤭
Awesome! If you store it in an airtight container it will last a long time. It also makes a nice little gift if you just fill up a little pint jar with a sweet ribbon :)
This recipe is good. I have no more maple syrup left in my house so I had to make a sugar syrup. And mixed it v with the brown sugar and cinnamon and butter
Thank you for sharing. It looks really good. Quick question, if you were to add raisins or other dried fruit would you just add that after the oats are baked? I'm thinking yes.
depends how much you eat of it. if you eat a soupplate full of it every morning it might be to much but if you spinkle 2 tablespoons over your SKYR or natural yoghurt it is not unhealthy at all and can be eaten twice a day.
I do not have a granola bar recipe but I think you could bake these about halfway or 3/4 of the way through, cool it and cut it carefully into bars then put them back in the oven for the remaining bake time or until desired color! Kinda the same way you bake biscotti! They would be crunchy granola bars like the nature valley ones!
Just made homemade Granola with peanut butter and a tiny bit of honey as the wet ingredients. More than sweet enough. No reason what so ever to put in all that sugar, butter, syrup and honey.
That is odd…I went to try and thumbs-up this video and it said “this resource has been exhausted” … that kind of sucks that youtube out a limit on the amount of likes this video can have 😤

Yeah I’ve tried cutting back the sugar even and noticed it wasn’t nearly as crunchy so it’s a must 🤪
@@househackingmom1098 I made it last night and it's perfect! Nice and crunchy, like perfect recipe thank you!

I tried the recipe , it turned out amaaaaaaa!aazing . I only reduce the oven time to 25 min because i feel 30 to 35 minutes will mqke it too dark
I make the regularly and it is really good!

How long can you store this for?
Loved it thank you!
I have a question: I don't really like nuts, is the flavor really dominant?
Where is your cutting board from?
I have this in the oven and WOW, My house smells AMAZING! Not the healthiest recipe, but who cares lol We only live once, right? :)

Yes nice
super .. thx !!
must we bake it ?? or can it be eaten with yogurt and stuff
How long it will last? In room temperature
Can I use instant oats?
Hi! Can I skip the unsweetened coconut?
No. How dare you ask.
@@ryanconlin2544 😂
how can you ask that ?
Yes! I did. I don’t like my granola mixed with anything, I like it plain.
Hi... if i want to replace with coconut oil... is it same half cup...
❤❤ thanks
I believe that would work fine!
@@househackingmom1098 ❤👌👌
I use half butter, half organic coconut oil
how many ounces are in your cup? 8?
hey there! is there is any chance to have metric systems of measurement? in Europe we do not use imperial measures. thank you.
You can get that information on the internet. Search: imperial measures to metric. Hope this helps. 💕
What to put instead??
Hi,
Do you have recipe for granola bar?
New subscribe here. Have a good day😄

Será q se puede hacer con panela???
Can i do it withput mable syrup?
of course
Yes. Try molasses. It’ll probably be good.
Just made homemade Granola with peanut butter and a tiny bit of honey as the wet ingredients. More than sweet enough.
No reason what so ever to put in all that sugar, butter, syrup and honey.
Oh I disagree - butter and maple syrup are a must! Not planning to eat this everyday of my life, but it is necessary!
That is odd…I went to try and thumbs-up this video and it said “this resource has been exhausted” … that kind of sucks that youtube out a limit on the amount of likes this video can have 😤
Why the sugar?
sugar gives sweetness but more important crispyness
I don’t have honey😢
Why 325 and not 350?
Why butter?
Bc the butter gives it that UMPH!
I thought that granola is supposed to be healthy but when i saw the butter, and sweetnes it confused me
Can be healthy depending on the type of butter used and non refined sugar (try panela or rapadura) organic raw cane sugar
Eh, too much sugar
Then don’t use all the sugar…
@@jazmynbrown6820 nevermind, you know, I'm so hungry right now after windsurfing that I'll eat it with those sugar to be honest XD
Please do not heat honey, very dangerous.
What's the best way to go about it?
Please explain with evidence!
Lol
lmao bullshit
Its not dangerous you doofus it just takes away the nutritional content
Too much...................sugar!
Not enough
You can reduce the sugar
That's how we like it Janice!
😱😱😱😱😱😱🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
thats soo much sugar 😮
It has to be sweet boo 😂 it’s gonna be used in yogurt, which isn’t all that sweet
Very Unhealthy
Who cares! It’s good! 😂
but oh so good for me belly, lol
fat and sugar 😑
Flaxseed and honey are not on the right place.
This isn’t healthy.
I have that same apron!!!
Seriously don't heat up honey you can experience some very dangerous effects it takes a quick Google search to figure it out
