      Apni cheezein humare desh ke jalwayu ke liye suitable hain. Videshi cheezein unke jalwayu ke liye suitable hain. Issliye kisi bhi khaane ki cheez ki burayi nhi karna chahiye.
      Jo traditional khaana hum khaate aaye hain, wahi aage bhi khaate rahenge. Videshi khana bas taste karne tak seemit rakhenge. 😀👍
      Humara toh sarso ka tel, ghee, paneer hi humare liye achha hai.

    Me jo tofu purchase kar raha hu uske packaging par to 100gm me 15 gm protein likha hua he or aap bata rahe ho 6-8 gm protein per 100gm. Sahi kya he?

    I'm trying to grow my body, and recently buying more tofu, thinking it is good for more protein, but now i think i should eat both. However soya has more density of quality protein so i will involve that also whenever possible.

    I have to be honest. The other day I had palak paneer and it was really deliscious. But the paneer always reminds me of tofu both in taste and consistency. I didn't know this was common for people I thought it was just me, until this video popped up

    I love both! They are both yummy and incorporating different sources of protein in your diet makes it less boring. Due to PCOS, I was advised to cut down on dairy, so paneer is a rare treat for me.

      I too have PCOD, but I still relish paneer and dairy products...My dietician said you shouldn't cut dairy cuz it's the most abudant source for Calcium 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Hi sir, Great Video!!There is a lot of confusion created in our minds because of huge trend of A2 milk nowadays. Should i stop consuming milk if I cant source A2 milk?

      You should stop consuming milk altogether. Firstly, it's extremely cruel (look it up online and more importantly, go to any dairy farm around you and observe the number of males vs females, number of old animals and ask where are they). Sevond, you are ingeting cholesterol, estrogen, casein no matter what the source is.

    Sir diet tofu naam ki bhi koi chiz hoti h kya? Kyunki mein jo tofu consume karta hu uspe diet tofu likha h label pe aur uske nutritional value mein protein 12 gram h aur fat sirf 2 gram, toh ye kya fake tofu h?

      I have lost 12kg while doing IF with 2 meals a Day. Best part about it I had almost every thing in those two meals I want and still I got the results.

    Sir in my opinion
    1daily take 300-400 ml
    Daily take 50-100gm dal
    Daily take curd 100 -200ml
    Daily eat chana rosted
    Daily eat 10-20 almond 10-20 cameshwa
    1 table spoon rosted sesame seed
    Daily eat- season fruits and vegetables
    And take amla(like muraba )
    This is a healthy diet
