      @@Johnleonard-w5zI agree. Twenty years ago I felt with certainty that he was guilty. It was all based on what I heard on the news. After reading the public court transcripts/documents I feel that there was reasonable doubt. The hair on the pliers was very misleading. It was based on mitochondrial DNA test which cannot pinpoint to one person. If anything the test just eliminates a pool of people but cannot identify one specific person. The other story that was misleading was with his trip to Mexico they worded it as if he was trying to flee when the court docs do indicate a business trip that even Amber knew about. There are over 300 recorded calls between Scott and Amber. After reading the transcripts I definitely see a lot that holes. This is just my opinion. I’ve learned that anyone can spin a story to fit whatever narrative they want. I also learned not to trust many and do my own research.

      I’m not a supporter of his, but I’m trying to be a fairer person overall, so, after learning how police didn’t follow up at all on several pertinent leads, I am trying to keep an open mind .When he learned that Laci and the baby’s bodies had been found, Scott immediately cried. The police spoken narrative omits this fact but the written police report documents it. So, while he did eat, he cried first. If it were me, I would have lost my appetite entirely, but some people turn to food when they’re upset. For them, food has a numbing effect, just like drugs do for people with addiction. I know several people like that. I could see any one of them wanting to stuff their face, like Scott did, in response to devastating news. I know one addict. He would shoot up as fast as he could in response to such horrific news.

  • @declan92100
    @declan92100 2 месяца назад +5

    The LA innocence project lost all credibility taking up this case. Here are the facts: Scott had a mistress and told her his wife was missing on December 10, 2 weeks before the murder and the exact same day Scott bought a boat he kept secret from everyone. The day of the disappearance Scott drove his new boat 2+ hours each way to take it out. There were 6 imprints of homemade weights in the boats warehouse and only 1 was found. That's oddly suspicious that he "lost" the weights which would be perfect to weigh down each arm and the head.. Scott said he was fishing, but the lure he claimed to use was still in the packed. Scott googled water currents the night before he went out on the water. Laci's body was found in the same area Scott took his boat out.
    What am i missing? Is there some grand conspiracy and Scott was set up so perfectly it's undeniable? Is there ANY exculpatory evidence? Other than the strange break in down the road from the house?

Furthermore, who comes to an empty home and not question right away where is Laci? Instead eat and shower? She was pregnant. I think the documentary really honored what a wonderful person Laci was and what a wonderful family and group of friends she has. She would have been an amazing mother to baby Connor.
