Omg I feel for you pal this issue epuld drive me mad on my 205 I had an issue went on for months replaced everything shocks hubs arms but to no joy then after talking to a few pug peeps I checked my sub frame and the rear wishbone mounting point was oval and letting the wheel move and causing a big knock so brought a new one fitted it and it cured it might be worth checking all fixing points to rule that out while you wait for answers from avo 👍🏻

It's been a nightmare mate. I'm done with AVO, so I've no desire to prolong all the hassle that comes with that. It was absolutely fine before I fitted them, no issues at all, but thanks for the tip regarding the subframe hole, all that was checked when I was restoring the car 🙂👍🏻

So sorry that you're still having issues with this. You were very considerate when agreeing to give it another try so it's no wonder you are so upset with it. What's next? Another brand of coilovers or back to Bilstein?

I'm not sure what to do next to be honest with you, mate. I'm leaning towards keeping it set up on coilovers though. Watch this space for updates 😁👍🏻
