I opened my hdd in Normal environment and exposed it to dust, realising this I had given it to the recovery service and I got charged with extra bucks for "Tampered device" luckily I got my data back ✌️
@@Eddygeek18 New models of hard drives do not need the alienation process between dishes, try it, you will see that they work, maybe a little slower the transfer of large data, but it works
You didn't show how re assembling this may restore it. Once the interface board is removed can the disc be read again? Can you make it unreadable by simply destroying the interface and all connections?
Thanks for your video, we do something similar but it always leaves us residue, even our IPA is 99.90% pure instead of the 99.70% purity that you use. Can you show us how it transports under the microscope? because it is clean with the naked eye, but with a microscope there is dirt and leaves traces of the liquid Thank you
Nope: if you mess-up the align between the platters and the heads or you mess-up the align between platters the hard disk can no longer works. But the data can still be recovered using a special system that connects to the repaired hard drive and literary pulls out the bits using a low-level hardware/software device. After all of the recoverable clusters are extracted, you end up in a bunch of data pieces (billions of pieces, all messed up, like a jigsaw puzzle!) and you need another specific recovery software to reconstruct the files (this software basically put all pieces of the puzzle together to reconstruct the content of the hard disk)
Very interesting, shows opening a sealed drive, and a finger print on the platter .. WTF!

how much did it cost you?

Where did you send it ?
So the platters aren’t aligned now how do you recover this data
that's what i was thinking

Depends on the drive. Some need allignment some dont

Perfect 👍
What is the complete list of tools you are using
what is the name of the stand on which you open the hard disk?
