This Ramadan 2015 reminder lecture by Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi discusses:
- The last 10 concluding verses of Surat Al-Hijr (starting with v87)
-A profound message of optimism and hope
-Not being greedy and jealous of what others have because Muslims have the Qur'an instead
-Allah asks the Prophet (pbuh) to go public with Islam in a firm manner and takes on the challenge of "dealing with" anybody who rejects the message
-Allah shows that the Prophet's heart was in grief but asks him to praise and worship Allah instead

الَّذِينَ جَعَلُوا الْقُرْآنَ عِضِينَ
ASALLAMU CALEYKUM I HAVE A QUESTION WHAT IT MEANS عِضِينَ?
CAN WE SAY THAT THE QURAAN HAS NO NASAKH AND MANSUUKH?
SALLAMU ALEYKUM
hoi dani 🤓
Sabah minal masaanii is not and cannot be the Fatiha. Ain't the Fatiha part of the Quran? unless your answer is no to that question, you cannot consider or believe that the Sabah minal massaanii mean the Fatiha. Would you say to somebody " I give you the house and the rooms with it"? The room is part of the house, aint it? Allah is too logical and rational to talk like that. Keep digging or ask and you will know. Wassalam.

It is answered by the prophet himself, in a sahih hadith I think in Bukhari the prophet call surah Al Fatiha by the name Al Quran Al Adhim, so the term the great Quran here is one of the name of surah al Fatiha :)
What do you say it is then?
