That engagement in game 3 (58:58) where Serral came from all sides was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in Starcraft. I know that Bunny was sitting in the middle of the map for way too long but damn was that satisfying.
I used to hate watching Serral because he is so good and always wins and it looks boring....but when I watched others play, zerg especially, I started liking and appreciating just how good he is...GOAT easy!!!

I love how no one realizes that Serral actually deeply studies his opponents patterns. Bunny one of my fav Terran to watch, but look at his face at the end of the series. That's a wake-up call mate. You gotta play different when playing Serral.

Well Serrals only real weakness is Zerg. His zvp and zvt are on another level right now. I mean, even Maru just loses pretty much every series against Serral, on the few occasions they meet.
I have seen Clem recently win against Serral exactly once. I think Serrals W/L ratio vs Clem is still strong in his favour. But vs Zerg he has bigger problems, though he did recently beat Dark. Reynor though seems to have his number.@@sparkyk24
Looking at all four games and the ling run-bys. What about a ekstra bunker with sim/city, and some firebats to counter? Knowing time is a issue before third mech attack upgrade, it still seems like an option that would help Bunny😊 Saw Maru building a bunker, on his third, on the last vods.

Putting down either or both at maximum costing 6 supply isnt much. You see Clem putting 3-4 Vikings to guard for runbys and several pros put more than that.
I agree, just put siegetanks in simcity and more defense. It seems to be more about attention and apm, rather than the sheer numbers. But if you put too much resources into back line defense serral would probably just overwhelm you in the front. Would be fun to see more use of the bunker and building armor etc. Having a tiny hole as the only place to attack a bunker makes the lings retarded and just run around unless microed, witch would make these tactic too apm heavy for zerg, but maybe not serral.
The GOAT crushes once again, but games 1 and 4 were hard to watch. The fact that a Terran can keep playing a game for 10-15 minutes while being down by 20-30 workers for that period is stupid. If the races were balanced, Serral would have finished this in 35-40 minutes. He played out of his mind to squeeze the wins out of games 1 and 4 while being way ahead for most of the games, it was like his life was depending on this.
You're joking, right? Game 1 Bunny was in control for the entire game, constant drops and harass while Serral just runs back and forth with lings and banes. One bad fight and that's it - game over for Terran. Not saying it's IMBA or anything, but that was an example of where Terran has to work their ass off just to stay in the game, and Zerg can sit back and macro until late game, where it's almost impossible for any other race to compete.
The problem is that the tournament is already over; so if you click on the bracket it would give away the results. It's pretty easy to find on liquipedia though if you don't care.
Basically they would need another controlgroup, otherwise it just flies in with the army and dies. So nowadays they prefer to build turrets on the frontline against sneaky infestors. And of course they can scan.

Its mostly because they take up a tech lab on your starport that you can use to build more medivacs or liberators. In TvP and specially TvT this would be outweighed by its sheer utility, but in TvZ a bunch of vipers can easily abduct it. Add in the fact that its abilities doesn't counter enough units against zerg compared to the other races: Ghost detection, Interference Matrix on Tanks and Anti-armor Missile bio/Viking blobs in TvT, DT detection, Interference on Colossi and Anti-armor on Zealot/Skytoss balls in TvP. In TvZ though, a bunch of turrets and scans are way easier for anti-burrow shenanigans, Anti-armor is redundant when zerg units are already so fragile and tend to be so large you can hardly cover them with a single cast (I think its only viable against corrupter blobs), and the only target for Interference are Infestors and Vipers, and Ghosts are much better counter. Overall, in TvZ it's a unit that takes up significant room in your production and is fairly expensive despite being too vulnerable and having limited utility, so it doesn't get used much aside from specific builds.
Only way to beat Zerg in the long game is to contain them, attacking their expansions and limiting their creep. Why do they keep attacking the bases with the most queens and defenses?
serral really good ...hahaha dont get me wrong.. bunny is good player.. but i dont think his play style is good against serral ( micro play) ... if bunny cant handle that micro viper ,lurker and zergling economy damage, that will be hard for bunny. you can see first game bunny can hold serral for good one.
I think they should change zerk hive and lair the way that they can only make lair tech unit from lair and hive tech units from hive. Now zerk only needs to upgrade one hatchery and he can build lair tech units and hive tech units from any hatchery. After the change y would need to think how many lair, hive and hatcheries y need as zerk to produce efficiently the composition y need. after the change. zerk might also need to build more hatch, lair and hives they now build.
Yes he does, but it doesnt stop him from noticing and commenting on Bunny's great plays, so its all good for me. I actually stopped watching Wardi, because I couldnt stand his PvT castings, he just alwys praised any little moves by the terran , and just didnt comment on many of the good moves by Protoss. And if the terran was named Byun, it would be even worse.
Booooring. As Zerg you can just burrow half of your army at the end of the map doing nothing and then attack with Zerglings into a Terran fortress and win. This game should be called beastwars.
Flip that around and it just means you have to have that much more resources to win. By design, Zerg is inefficient, Terran is not. Rine vs ling, tank vs anything, libs, all designed to whittle away at range before they're on top of you. Meaning every engagement you have to throw away resources to even start dealing damage.

I'm pretty sure firebats were considered trash tier in sc1 and somehow they're actually more useless in sc2 (they don't exist)
