I would suggest when cutting out the corner sections, that you lay the fabric pieces facing the way the end product will be, with wrong sides together
This is so the corners will match exactly, such as if your cutting is not exact, or you have different sized corners. For example if making an angled box with the front side lower than the rear side, and angled side sides.
