    No the reason I'm not feeling hip thrust in my glutes is coz I'm not going to the gym

    Appreciate the tip. You could also superset hams and glutes just by moving your feet too 🤔

    Sometimes I feel
    Them good other times I don’t .. even with a band on . Honestly feel like my butt just goes to sleep when it wants 😑

    Is that pad enough to protect your thighs from so much weight? I get hurt with 40kg only 😢

      easily. i do 140kg with padded barbel and it's never an issue
