Here at The Pregnancy Process we know exercise during pregnancy is one of the 4 core pillars of health when it comes to achieving your safest, healthiest pregnancy possible
Sadly the biggest barriers to exercise during pregnancy are lack of information and fears around safety, for yourself and your baby
Overwhelm and overload are secondary barriers
We know how difficult navigating your pregnancy health and wellbeing journey is, especially when you’re being left to go it alone without a trusted guide to help you decipher all the contradictory information there is out there
Unfortunately this is the reality for most women
Because of this you’ve likely found yourself in the void between the known and the unknown
You have many decisions to make about your health
    Decisions like
Do I continue exercising the way I’m currently exercising during pregnancy even though it might not be the safest option for me or my baby?
I’m not currently exercising, do I continue to not exercise during pregnancy?
Do I just walk or swim ?
Or do I participate in free online generic one size fits all pregnancy workouts ?
Pregnancy is complex and has many interconnected factors and training during pregnancy genuinely requires support from a pregnancy and postnatal specialist as well as information & education across the 4 core pillars of health
which is why here in this channel and in my private community I’ve created a space that provides members and guests with multiple resources, community and specialist support.
Because the Power in The Pregnancy Process is becoming educated around your options.
If you’re truly curious about a brand new way to navigate your pregnancy health & wellbeing journey I suggest you take a deep dive into our RUclips channel so we can act as a trusted guide & help you make better decisions around your pregnancy health & wellbeing
Over the years we’ve noticed the women who arrive at their late stages of pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery journey as their most confident selves are those who dive in, devour, and act upon the information I share here and within my complimentary but private community - The Preggy Training Crew
You may also notice the RUclips comments are turned off. That’s intentional.
Instead of spending time moderating RUclips comments (and fighting spam bots!) I've decided to have more meaningful conversations within The Preggy Training Crew private community.
If you would like to join the ongoing conversation within our community, I would suggest applying sooner rather than later because Complimentary guest spots are on a first come basis.
If you look like a great fit, I’ll do my best to get you in within the next monthly cohort.
In the meantime I encourage you to get caught up on the channel and start thinking about what having the safest, healthiest pregnancy possible means to you and how this would positively impact your pregnancy, birth & postnatal recovery journey
    Stronger together
    Tammy
