Plate Loaded Hip Thrust Bench Benefits & Muscles Worked
-
One thing I like about this hip thrust bench is that I can use it for more than just strengthening my glutes.
Other exercises I can do include Bulgarian split squats, calf raises, and heel elevated squats (ATG squats) making it a great hip thrust machine for home gym owners.

Great review! I’m sold! Ordering it today! Thanks!
Glad it helped
That looks like an awesome machine! Thanks for the review.
Thanks for watching!
Solid Machine! This company is stepping up their game and starting to gain market share (at least it seems that way)
They have some good home gym equipment
Awesome product and review. Besides the adjustability, what is the difference between this one and another version they sell as well?
If you’re talking about the GMWD glute bridge machine, it looks like it only loads on one side so the weight capacity is gonna be less
Is this the same machine sold through Walmart under the Syedee brand? Looks identical...thanks for the informative review!
Likely, I bought multiple Syedee and GMWD machines. The designs and manuals make me believe they come from the same manufacturer.
They sell through several platforms so most likely
Yes they do
I wish I had the room. BTW, which adjustable dumbbells are those behind you?
The 100 lbs ones you see in the corner are from Powerblock
Or are you talking about the grey ones under the tv monitor? Those are JaxJox
@@ShreddedDad yes that one... thanks!
Do you think this machine is better with the roller vs the strap in version?
I like the roller
@@ShreddedDad thank you I just got this and I was having second thoughts
This was helpful
Thank you keep doing your thing I love your channel
@BjayjonesMH you’re welcome and thank you
When this was delivered did it come in one box or two? Thanks!
Can’t remember but if you’re missing parts, it’s probably more than one box
Ok thanks. Yeah missing a lot of parts and the box was fully packed so I’m assuming the 2nd box is on the way. Odd that they don’t have separate tracking!
For the sleeves, one could buy and use 100 lbs as an alternative
True
Was it easy to build? And what kind of tools will I need?
Yeah it was. Socket wrench and open end wrench
Ok so mine just arrived but am I soppose to hammer the side arms to the bearings? It’s really difficult hammering or at least tried to do it but I’m stuck on that part
@larrylarralde1709 yeah you’ll need to hammer it in cause it’s hard to do by hand since it’s a tight fit
@@ShreddedDad so did you have trouble using a rubber mullet? When I had to hammer it in? Idk if I should just use a hammer instead of the rubber mullet
@larrylarralde1709 use a rubber mallet so it’s not metal on metal contact
