She Has Two Previous DWI Arrests

On January 7, 2023, Patrolman Kevin Connor of the Highlands Police Department stopped a 2010 Toyota Camry driven by Joelle Casale, a 40-year-old female, for erratic driving and operating without headlights. She was accompanied by Patrick Horniacek, a 39-year-old male, who was not wearing a seat belt. Both of them had suspended driver’s licenses, and Joelle had a prior history of two DWI arrests. Patrolman Connor issued a summons to Joelle for driving with a suspended license and advised her to find another way home. She later pleaded not guilty to the charge, and the case was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Another dismissed charge, are the courts lazy or just stupid, you have no license, you are caught behind the wheel, why is that so hard to prosecute.
