- On May 21, 2023, around 1903 hours, Sergeant Matthew Gajewski of the Union Beach Police Department observed a 2020 Toyota SUV with a flat tire on Shore Road near Morningside Avenue during a routine patrol. He reported the situation to dispatch and approached the vehicle, identifying the driver as Justine Meadow, a 45-year-old resident of Atlantic Highlands, who showed signs of impairment. Despite Sergeant Gajewski's request for a license, registration, and insurance, the driver refused to comply. Suspecting alcohol influence, Sergeant Gajewski conducted field sobriety tests, but the driver failed to cooperate. Based on the tests and overall circumstances, he arrested her for DUI. Patrolman Matthew Olivo assisted in the investigation. The driver's vehicle was towed per John’s Law, and she was transported to the Union Beach Police Department. At the station, she provided breath samples, revealing a BAC of 0.332%, over four times the legal limit. The driver was issued four summonses and released to a responsible party. Sergeant Gajewski explained the mandatory court appearance and consequences.

It's amazing to me that she is so drunk that she is catatonic but she thought it was a great idea to get into a4000 lb missile and drive! Unbelievable!
I thought it was evening? How do you know it's morning? Birds tweet all day lol
She has a serious drinking problem if the birds are tweeting in mourning you have a problem with alcohol.
You cant see the little birdies flying around her head but you can sure hear em ! 🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦
LOL!!
The blank stare & silences whilst the brain desperately tries to engage is SO telling!
That BAC should have warrented hospitalization?????!
“Rainy evening”? You sure about that?
I noticed that too
The Sgt. paid attention during the handcuffing phase of training. Nothing is more frustrating in these types of videos than when the cops struggle endlessly simply trying to apply handcuffs.
These pigs should not arrest her and just give her a ride home!
@@bzmanatt You have nobody but yourself to blame for your DUIs.
@@bzmanatt please expound on why she shouldn't face consequences for driving drunk
@@michaelmartin8422 He’s a baiter and says the same thing on these videos. Pay him no mind.
@@bzmanatt Hi again! 👋🏻🌹🌈💋🪱🎣
The narrator is excellent! Clear and concise!
He's a computer.
She found herself in a situation where she had no control. That was probably the first time for her. Imagine how many times she’d gotten behind the wheel and drove hammered undetected. Ladies who lunch😡
Officer...take her phone away. She's already trying to control the traffic stop.
She was from New Jersey...She was Dizzy n Confused...Sounds about Right ✅️
Hey I am from Jersey and I recent that now let me lay down from this spinning room and resent people who put down jersey
her liver is pickled!!!
Imagine getting a DUI from a Jersey pothole
"well since you're trying to get away in Park...."
Just grab that phone!
The narrator sounds like he is reading a bedtime story. I kinda like it.
She should have been taken to hospital!!!
Yeah, a mental hospital 😅
Lady couldn’t even form a sentence..
It should be illegal to start making calls without permission at a traffic stop.
Wow, you don’t often see a BAC that high. Yikes!
Why do people instantly start calling people??? Like it's going to help them!!! So pathetic!!
She didn't even attempt to try the walking turn she just like shredded her stuff like she was on a catwalk.
There should be a new law that permits officers to taser people who stare at their phones and refuse to speak during the middle of a traffic stop.
Eyes are SWIMMIN'!!!!!
You just know, drinking and driving is something she does often.
High….there …occifer!😂🇨🇦
Good afterable constanoon, i'm not as think as you drunk I am
@@alphabravo1603😂😂😂😂😂👍🤭😵😵💫🫠
Ugh, new car. Must be some hellacious potholes in Jersey to eat a tire like that.
Him letting her get on that phone at the beginning of this stop is surprising...most would say you can't use your phone during the investigation
Its sad, the Birds had to witness this.
It’s New Jersey. Basically just a bad speeding ticket. No biggie. lol
Plastered!!!
I'm 45, she looks like she is 55! I hope she gets help, she is down bad! 😮
What the hell is wrong with people???
This drunken dame has complete control over this cop .
I think they can just plug that tire and it will be fine.
Now that’s a good one!!😂
Yeah, it probably has a bit more life in it!!😂😂
They can glue it back together 😂
Nice neighborhood. Lots of trees and space between houses.😊
Lots of Jersey is gorgeous and expensive
Even though NJ gets a bad rap many areas are very pretty
She is not doing a good pretending to be sober.
I understand there has to be commentary for monetization but why tell the complete story instead of just the preamble?
It was ccertainly not a "rainy evening" nor did the tire detach. I think Clark is mistakingly using using a script for another video.
Another amusing aspect to the video is that video is slightly blurred when searching the purse but leaves the tag clear as day even freezing the image for several seconds.. LOL 04:57
She is blasted
This officer did not maintain safety steps for himself first. He leaned into the window of this suspicious person and then he allowed her to get out of the car. Obviously she is altered in some way, but it is still law enforcement officer's responsibility to enforce safe practices for both himself first and then the person/people they are questioning and/or detaining. Please remember safety first.
FUNNY...the cop has a huge 13 tattooed on his arm....usually this refers to marijuana, the letter M, 13th letter of the alphabet. Is he a smoker? Lol😅
She can't even walk, wobble wobble wobble wobble
This is actually a repeat. It’d have been nice if more info could’ve been added, like where did she consume all that alcohol?
Not a drop....
Rainy evening?
I keep forgetting, white people can make phone calls during a DUI traffic stop.
Um, your commentary that just tells us what is next isn't really needed.
I don't need a narrator to tell whats about to happen!! Its spoils the video.
Narrate everything before it happens. Why watch it? Thumbs down.
Stop the narrative and just play the video..add subtitles for important facts about the case but you are spoiling the video by pausing it and telling the audience what is about to happen....just my opinion
