@@edwardgrand yea lol people think your a drug dealer, I have two now but one of them has a crappy camera. The one I use to film is nice though, it does 2k/4k but I can't get it focus well. It's a pixel 6 pro. I have a newer s24 coming in the mail. 🙂
Thank you for all you give! Q: Let's say you want to isolate different colonies of one plate, divide onto separate plates-- How would you correctly label that since they are all from the same F1, or F2, or whatever F they came from? I suspect F1A, F1B, F1C?
Thank you for the questions. People do it different ways. I don't think there is a standard, but your method would be as good as any. As long as it makes sense to you. I usually write, 'F1, C1', 'F1, C2', etc.

Got hit off my bicycle by a van from behind 😔....Everything and more hurtin but haven't stopped since it literally hit me 😉..... no chance to sort out a different way to communicate with you. More determined than ever, and my friend who is a chinese herbalist is starting a plant/herb nursery, and he and his brother are giving me the space to start growing da mushrooms .....WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO 😋 I'm old school photographer and i sympathise with the whole filming thing, its a mother sucker and stops me enjoying or concentrating on what i doing, and when its comes to filming when i doing mechanics(vehicle fixing) gets messed up cos instead of just wheeling the jack away, you move the camera to film and the handle of the jack springs up and twats you in the eye!!!!!🤪 The things we do to help others understand and make the world a less ignorant place Lovely video, everything was in shot 😂
Hey great mss video- I got a question Some of my spawn have fruited early in the bag and have s spores on the top of the spawn, is this an issue? I’m using unicorn bags with a 0.2 filter. It should be fine right?

Just pick off the fruit and use the spawn as normal.
