About Hearthstone:
Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is a strategy card game from Blizzard Entertainment. With 40 million registered users Hearthstone is the biggest card game that ever existed.
You can get Hearthstone here: eu.battle.net/h...
Gameplay:
Each Hearthstone battle is a 1vs1 match between two opponents. Each player is represented by their chosen hero, an important character from Warcraft lore. Each hero is associated with a particular class, which determines the special cards and unique hero power available to them. Each hero has 30 Health, and if their Health is reduced to zero, the hero is destroyed and the controlling player loses the game.

I just watched full 55min of this and I dont know a single bit of Hearthstone. Blaze it!
you don't need to, you still can be a world champion.
Same
Dont worry about it, after playing it for years i can tell you that getting to leyend means nothing, you winning a tournament in hs means nothing (except for the cash), im amazed of how there is competitive play on this game.
Seeing pro players have fun while winning AND losing is something that I’ve missed for the longest time now and I think Hearthstone needs more of that fun moments
It is all gone. At leat we have memories.

25:24 probably my fav play, so ironically logical, was amazing
Really appreciate that u didn't only put plays clips, the "rogue secret" with pavel literally killed me insanely funny x)
21:07 is my fav. 3 cards, 2 hero powers and many complications. It's actually winnable for Thijs' team if they play arcanologist, ping face first turn but again, very hard to count within 75 seconds
Shuffling all his minions made out of his mana crystals into his deck was such a sick move
Missed the original paveling book on amnesiac clip
25:25 "I've never seen that before!"
Toast: >:(
That was really Sad
This Guy had 1 month of Hearthstone experience?
That's the reason why It got nerfed... But it took too long anyway lol
That 2016 pavel RNG run was absolutely insane to watch live. I couldn’t believe my eyes. One of the greatest esports moments I can remember.
Pavel being confused about the rogue secret is so funny
34:40 As I understand it, Mass Dispel always silences your enemy's minions, yeah? The text reads "Silence all enemy minions" and Primalist/Yogg/Tess/etc. is played on your side, so it'll always work in your favor.
Taoisman Yup, casters are dumb
Basically... RNG carries tournament players to victory. Wonderful.
Yeah
"Skill based game"
have no clue about HS but this video gives me the same feeling
Yeah most of the rng they do takes some balls to do haha
Welcome to card games.
1:03 Can't help but feel sorry for MasCa
Dude made one of the best hearthstone video then disappear :(
Respect
Every hype moment is a random draw.. interesting that it still has a competitive scene
12:17 her voice is so synchronized with loxodontes lol
Its been 84 years boi
Am I suppposed to be impressed by dudes drawing the right cards?
It's fun to watch games go bonkers
Hearthstone is card game. It's the same shit as with poker. Even though poker is random good players manage to win much more often than others.
@@N4chtigall Truth, no one gets this.
Yes, its a card game. What else did you expect
I'm impressed that almost all of the "Highlights" was caused by RNG
I thought there would be something actually interesting here, but it really is all "WOOOOW, HE TOP-DECKED SOMETHING GOOD!"
Lol. Almost nothing had to do with top decks. Its just the usual coin flip that turns the game around.
46:59 terrific play
This reel tells everything about Hearthstone; most of the clips are 100% rng, and the ones that are "skill-based" are like "OH MY GOD HE USED ANCESTRAL HEALING INTO BLACK KNIGHT! Wow, 2 card combo holy hell!"
So basically you first flip a coin, then roll the dice, then spin the roulette and probably win. Looks like legit esports discipline to me.
Gene K i know it's not completely serious, but HS is just about RNG. A player's job is to make the right move and predict what might happen, what has the most chance to happen and play around some weird cases. You try to reduce the RNG's effects, but sometimes it just takes you by behind and it hirts
24:15 Umm, caster, that's an SI:7 Agent. Not a VanCleef. Just saying.
lmao 2 completely different cards
No lifecoah reaction against Pavel's misplay??? His reaction was legendary
I can’t believe there’s a pro player called noblord loool
At 52:08 Forsen's choices are between Taz'Dingo, Shieldbearer and Twillight Geomancer (2 mana 1/4, give your C'Thun taunt).
Bro just dropped his second most viewed video and left
"all time" meaning barely a single clip from before MSOG??
I just remember how much I loved playing Exodia Mage
1:07 the fail lol
19:19 he could have played the 2 cost card and won as well right?
yes
i thought the same thing lmao that clap 😆
Where’s Surrender’s 100 damage?
next one be sure to include the nozdormu vs lifecoach, and that one fellow who had Sneed's into Sneeds multiple times.
32:33 his name is Innovation,he plays Jade druid
Thank you for this one
16:39 the disrespect
Hes back POGGERS
*plays well and keeps track of statistics for 20 minutes straight, then gets a lucky push over the top* every rank 20 player: “this game is luck” lol
makes me want to play competitive thanks for this
There should be a format with and without random cards. Then nobody can complain and its actually more entertaining to watch.
lol so many amazing plays could be there from so many amazing players. I am watching 15 minutes and all I see are players drawing fiesta cards winning them the game. Lifecoach insane patron lethal? Where is that?
What is fun about watching a dude set up a guaranteed lethal and then doing he lethal.
It's boring. Patron lethal has been done way too many times, it's lame.
It was a cheap and easy way of winning
@@dramaexterminatus what are you talking about I don't understand what are you trying to say. Every patron lethal is same? Patron lethals are one of the hardest to execute with all the effects whirlwinds, charges, you know how many times people on stages missed insane patron lethal just because it's so hard to see it just from hand. You need to execute it 100% right i don't know what are you talking bout.
@@dramaexterminatus and it was only one example you are kind of nitpicking dude
DramaEx grim patron was quite a hard deck to play. You can't just mindlessly play control then throw everything on the board and tadaaa you won.
galax12370 you mean ropecoach?
5:48 damn that luck.
18:50 Fr0zen actually missplayed but still won somehow :D
Yeap , he could use hp before play the Raza
Yes :) or the 2 cost card but he was on rope so it was scary to use a discover card
What do you mean "WHAT A PLAY?!"... Luck isn't skill
a lot of the luck wouldn't have happened if they didn't have the balls to risk it for the biscuit
@@n9nedots The stupidity level is rising and people's iq have been falling since your comment.
"Let's make an esports based off of complete luck!" -ok.
Every card game has its own amount of RNG
@@SkunkBubbaKush Hearthstone has a fuckton though, tbf
Card games all inherently have RNG, but it's the dev's choice to make a bunch of RNG cards
If there wasnt any rng, then it will be some boring chess match!
Well i like to see this esports😂
@Martin Latour Then dont play hearthstone if your heart cant take it :) Heck ive flipped the table many times but its part of the card game culture.
laugh every time when i see sintolol rage
28:00 is definitely peak Hearthstone.
Can't tell me otherwise.
Everything was just perfect.
HE IS BAAAACK
WOOOOW THATS INSANE THESE PEOPLE ARE SO GOOD AT GETTING LUCKY
The RNG is more entertaining than the OTKs, nice game
19:20 but he had another card to play there
yeah im still trying to figure out why he needed to sw:death his own guy if he had nethersprite historian
@@agm7596 The reason why it was in the video, is because he topdecked raza
@@theomorrison1099 i understand that, I just don't get why the casters where talking as if sw:death was the only way he got lethal. Lethal was pretty clear with nethersprite historian
This video reminded me how happy I am that Yogg is not a thing anymore
yeah no fun anymore.. that the reason why i stoppled playing.. no more fun
Pavel laughing makes my day
wait what happened at 33:55? why did the meteor damage the second minion next to the elemental?
mattun's client remembers a board state that had since been changed, but wasn't registered. I've seen it happen after a disconnect, but I don't know the exact reason why it happened here. Could also be a visual spectator bug that couldn't be spotted.
Listening closer I can hear one of the casters saying the Talonpriest died, so it was probably just resurrected in a different spot.
Is that the same Maru from Sc2?
20:30
22:08
Omg,that insane!😢😨
33:52 how did the meteor hit the 3/2 and not 4/5
4/5 was a glitch on the board all game
0:59 masca's double fail
17:55 can someone please explain this to me? I just got back into hearthstone and watching the old best moments but I can’t figure out why he forfeited?
cursed blade weapon makes you take double damage, so 2 fireballs is 24 damage
@@franklu1412 ahh thanks. I see it now. I don’t think I was playing at the time that weapon was a thing but I’m used to seeing the actual card description saying something like deal *12* damage when it’s buffed so I was so confused thinking he still had 6 life left.
43:20 It was a mistake.
51:24 holy shit that's creepy af
where is 1 hp remaing warlock from czech republic 2017 global games???
Senjin Shieldbearer Twilight Geomancer (three taunts Forsen had to choose from) at 52:08 :)
yo shudderlock build when ???
No wait someone explain me the 12:15 why the frog kept the buffs?
franco perotto because it‘s a 0 mana Card and it can‘t get devolved then
@@ganjajon2670 a lol didnt know It work like that, but its an old feature? Cauz i evolved a cost 10 card and It trasformed in another different one
franco perotto That‘s because there are cards that cost more than 10,like Giants, but there are no cards below 0 mana😂
@@ganjajon2670 no i get an other 10 mana card(i use the Witch lache)
8:14 200000 IQ plays here.
A SPELLSLINGER... A TRACKING!?
when all time starts 2 years after the game launch
Can someone explain how G2 "misplayed" at 21:07? I don't see it. I think they were dead no matter what they did.
You can Alextraza yourself as a heal below fifteen health, so if they ping + arcanologist, then the other team decided to kill the arcanologist instead of dealing 3 to face, they would've won from the compounding fatigue damage, plus the 2 hits from Alextraza they would've been able to do with those turns.
So, it's still not a likely win, but it was definately possible. The misplay was Thijis just doing that play without consulting with his team, before considering fatigue damage. He 100% lost the game for his team.
I could be off on the math but if they played arcanolegist and pinged then played alexstraza they could've won with the extra health and the 8 more tempo
@@612shep gotcha thanks
Vetterer96 they r they so mean to thijs :(
I am just here to remind people that hearthstone is a card game.
It is not league of legends where plays and strategy matter as much, it's an rng fest where being good matters only so much, the rest is often simply your deck
6:12 skill guys
such skill wow
Hearthstone tournaments. In what way can random card generation save the day. 😂
I VOTED FOR FORSEN EleGiggle
where is reckful missing lethal at blizzcon??????
Playing the same clip twice annoys me more than it should
No paveling book ?
wew lad
can someone explain 3:15 psychic scream? It achieves nothing and it costs 7 mana, so he cant heropower in addition to the heal from his 2 mana card?
Because he play mechathun combo which requires empty hand and empty board, so he needed to get rid out of it
@@jakubkrejci6583 ahh thanks! didn't play hearthstone in a while
Why were the teammates mad at 21:40? What could have been done instead by the mage?
They should've set their own health to 15.
He could have done alextraza to himself, more opportunities to survive
Well half of the video is RNG and the other half is pure skill.
44:15 Holy shit if Noggenfogger was chosen...
So much RNG it is the e-sport version of yahtzee
i like how the commentator says "boy am i impressed by Maru" ... but fuck me it was pure luck without a ounce of skill inputted.
Wait, Maru plas HS?
아니 티나 100데미지 넣은 그 인생경기가 없네;;
The lastest HS tournament the players stand next to a HS game thats running and flip a coin to save viewers time.
These aren't strong plays they are just card draws. Strong plays are combinations of cards or creative use of card effects and interactions.
So your telling me the game is based purely on RNG?
@: oh wait yes it is!
21:50 can some explain what was wrong please?
Sure, so if he heals himself to 15 instead of reducing he's opponents life. And uses he's ping, then he has potential lethal instead of dying to fatigue. He can take the first hero power in the face and play another card + hero power and then alex to 15 the following turn basically.
I never believed the stereotype that Koreans eat dogs, but Kranich proved me wrong here: 30:18
24:14 You mean the SI and not VanCleef
"Mass dispel could target your side of the board"
Wtf kind of announcers did they hire for this shit?
"Welcome to competitive Hearthstone, my friend!"
He just top decked a card. It's not that hard to do. It even happens in Casual.
It was sarcasm...
Wow the amount of rng in hearthstone is sickening. I had forgotten glad to be reminded so I dont reinstall.
29:50 2 mana render your opponent's combo deck useless. What a joke.
Damn I miss Noxious
39:25 such a troll🤣
Half of the players are disguised toast wth
