Nice vid, I've wanted to learn some more about using nades! Additional tips/tricks: Binding and equipping them allows you to 1. short under arm throw them (right click I think), 2. use "blind fire" stances to throw around corners without exposing your body/head, 3. like "Creating room" grenades can be used to mask sound that you don't want enemy to hear in those sweaty comtac standoffs reloading/healing/repositioning. M67 throw distance may not be based on weight but instead how devs assume players use various fuse times. Eg. the PMC could throw all nades that far but practically wouldn't. Also balance changes would disrupt that realism. PS I like throwing f1s and M67s straight up and relocating if I'm in CQC or being pushed 😆

I generally like smoking out people in the smaller stores on Interchange. Bring 4 smokes, carry a shotgun secondary. People usually don't know what to do, when they are hiding in stores and get smoked. It's also the easiest way to take on groups alone.
I've been using the M67 for general chaos in Shoreline and Dorms. I'll throw the grenade past where the enemy is. Most people will only hear the nosie and assume I threw the grenade at them instead of past them. My opponent retreats but he unknowingly retreats towards were my grenade actually is. When the grenade goes off later than they expect and closer to their reposition than they expect it can cause them to panic and make mistakes. Everyone is used to getting 3.5 second F1s tossed at their position that they panic when a 5s fuse goes off where they don't expect it to. This is especially effective against teams as you can imagine what the surprise in their discord sounds like.
That's why you want to hit the deck as opposed to frantically running around to avoid the nade, only to end up running into it. In Escape From Tarkov, I learned it works reasonably well to just lie down to lessen the damage from frag grenades. Unless the grenade has landed right by your feet, you should be face with some "minor" injuries.
I find the true purpose of the m67 grenade with it's long fuse and the most useful way to use this grenade with its long timer is to throw it into a room/hallway/area where an enemy is, they will instinctively freak out and try to run away, then you rush in and shoot/kill them then leave the room/area before the explosion occurs! Works 7-8/10 times I'd say. Also the smoke grenades are almost useless since (I believe) they are client side which means if you can't see through a particular area of it it doesn't exactly mean someone else can't, also they are extremely poorly portrayed and are by far the worst smoke grenades I have ever seen in any game. My god I wish that BSG will make smokes more viable and useful in the future, it would be awesome to smoke out a corridor or a road where your team mate is pinned and would die in any other circumstance. Anyways this was an awesome vid, kinda sad you didn't mention my point above as I was sure that's what 90% of people used the m67 for.
Man, crazy to think just a year ago they didnt have crazy inertia and you could actually throw grenades quickly and viably…oh how far we’ve fallen. Wish they’d reverse both of these changes, they also removed being able to order your grendades it always just pulls a random one

Also i heard that coz m67 is of a ball shape it can be trown further then other grenades

And most important thing about nades, DO NOT TROW THEM WHILE SOMEONE CAN JUST PEEK YOU AND KILL YOU
