AWP ignored that because they know that, meaning no disrespect to the efforts of local law enforcement, AWPs experience and expertise enable them to routinely find targets the locals have missed. The lake where she went missing with her vehicle was by far the most likely location. The locals were simply unwilling to consider that someone else might be able to do a better and more thorough job. No conspiracy is necessary to explain that behavior. Simple human nature. If that was even Kielys car cause you can’t really verify a car just by the tag since they could have took Kielys tag and put it on the same make and model and people would just assume it was hers . Cali Boy Here. SPU is Sheriffs Property Unit. This one is in Nevada City which is 59 miles from Prosser Creek Reservior. Placer county is huge starting in Roseville California and goes all the way to North Lake Tahoe passing within a few miles of Truckee which borders Nevada County. Prosser Creek is in Nevada County. Each have their own sherrifs office in the area but with both counties literally right next to each other. So who gets to drive the bus? I believe neither did the right thing. Truckee and Nevada City also have their own Police but this should be a Sheriffs matter. Angela was the Public Information Officer for Placer county Sheriffs at the time. Anyways this story sucks and so does California. There is definitely something being hidden about this, just like most things that happen in California. I commend you for your efforts and I hope the true facts come out, but unfortunately I doubt they will.

Ryan, the Placer County Sheriff's Office is based in Auburn California. They have a substation in Tahoe. The spokeswoman is a non sworn employee who use to be a news reporter. Nevada County Sheriff's office is based out of Grass Valley. They have a substation in Truckee. Truckee.police is super small and often need help from the sheriff's office. The county lines between Placer and Nevada county twist in and out all along interstate 80. So, Nevada county and.placer county frequently work together.

My police department,court house and jail are all in the same building. They also keep all there vehicles inside in closed building so vehicles can’t be vandalized. Plus my town is a very small so there are not many cops and are jail is a two man cell which you only being held there for no more than 6 hours.

The sheriff's office is upstairs inside the rood center, as well as other city offices. The S.P.U is where impounded evidence is held.. S.P.U = Staff directory, property, evidence unit.

It kinda feel like that one case right recently where the Cajun Navy pulled off the search for that boy (can't remember location or name, but people can type Cajun Navy it'll show) and people in the search teams started getting weird ass and dangerous threats from random people. Unbelievable people think it's not a huge problem. I'm licensed in trafficking. I work at a hotel. Some positions at hotels have to go to classes for this subject because of how bad it is. We have to get licensed in it. We have had 2 girls at our hotel "that we know of" that we spotted, or were concerned was being trafficed, and they were. The people involved were all arrested and the girls ended up safe. This is a huge deal not just in our country but all around the world. Crazy some people don't see it.

The fact that Dodge and Xanamay were both in Truckee at the same time, her friendship with this supposed "sheriff" of the area, and all of the many other inconsistencies. They would have sued him if they had a case. Are you serious, this is obviously crazy especially his part about the police depts. This is not that complicated and seems to be confusing people, so I'll help explain. Police depts and Sheriff depts are different things, Truckee has a police dept(police serve a municipal (city/town) and have official jurisdiction in that municipal only), Placer and Nevada are Sheriff depts(Sheriff's Department has jurisdiction for an entire county, They process and house the people arrested in towns and cities). Sheriff depts typically conduct press conferences b/c they are the higher power within the jurisdiction, that's also why you see state police handle the media in high profile cases b/c they are the higher power dept. I assure you both Placer and Nevada Sheriff depts do in fact exist and you can easily find their offices and departments on the internet, that's just a silly claim to make that they don't exist. IN cases like this county Sheriff depts 99% of the time take official control of the case(for many reasons, 1 reason is resources, Sheriff depts have much greater resources to use, another reason is b/c the crime scene can span outside of town police jurisdiction so it makes more sense to have county jurisdiction in charge), town police will still assist and be involved but not in charge of the investigation. Many times you will get conflicting information from police and Sheriff depts, contrary to what people believe police and Sheriff depts don't usually get along, in many cases they outright hate each other. They usually do not share information well(same way state police and the FBI do not get along, they step on each others toes all the time) and in some cases police and Sheriff depts will put out conflicting information on purpose to spite the other(not saying it's right but it's just a fact). Early on in this case there was conflicting and different information being put out to the public, by the local police dept and the Sheriffs dept, some people point to this as being evidence of something shady gong on..... That's not necessarily true. Truckee police were most likely mad about losing the case and having to hand it off to the Sheriff's dept, and the Sheriff's dept most likely didn't share the most up to date information with the town police, Truckee police very well could've been planting bad information to spite the Sheriff's dept(again not saying it's right but it does happen more than you think), and some cases the police dept would put out info they thought was correct and then the Sheriff would put out info they KNEW was correct, thus both depts putting out info that is conflicting but not on purpose, it's just a failure to communicate between each other. I can go on and on explaining everything he detailed about the police "anomalies" but it's not as weird as he paints it. As for the tony Dodge and Xanamay part I'm not really sure what he's on about, I haven't dug into that alot or have much knowledge about them but from what I've seen about them from the few Upchurch videos I've watched it seems pretty clear what they were doing...... These 2(and a few others) heard about this case and saw how several youtubers had their youtube channels explode in popularity by covering the Gabby Petito case and they thought they could do the same with their channels by covering this case so in-depth, and even going further and trying to get the most and best coverage of it to the point they got too close to it and started lying about having personal information about it, in an attempt to get a leg up on other youtubers covering it. They lied and made up stories and fake people to make it appear they had more information and better information than other youtubers covering the case had or could get.....til their lies and fraud got exposed and they got busted in their lies.....Then Ryan got involved and exposed their lies to a massive audience and instead of just admit they had lied about so much they tried playing dumb, which made them look even worse and some people started speculating perhaps they were somehow involved....and people like Ryan started believing that narrative b/c of the trail of lies they had left and they looked sus. They are sus not b/c they were involved in the case but b/c they tried making themselves appear to be more involved than they were in an attempt to raise their youtube profile and blowup like other youtubers had in past national headline stories. Damn that went long, but if you read the whole thing I appreciate it.

Actually they sent a tip to them to check out the other lake first and when nothing was found there they went to the starting point and searched....
Local authorities advised them not to search the lake because, of course, they had already searched it and found nothing. AWP ignored that because they know that, meaning no disrespect to the efforts of local law enforcement, AWPs experience and expertise enable them to routinely find targets the locals have missed. The lake where she went missing with her vehicle was by far the most likely location.
The locals were simply unwilling to consider that someone else might be able to do a better and more thorough job. No conspiracy is necessary to explain that behavior. Simple human nature. My turf, my search, no outsider is going to come in here and upstage me. AWP has encountered this exact response from local LE in several other cases.

I've noticed that Coroners cover up a lot more than people know. like it actually a real problem how much they Lie about. there are so many cases that the coroner lied about a body to cover something up because of Politics.

This one is in Nevada City which is 59 miles from Prosser Creek Reservior.
Placer county is huge starting in Roseville California and goes all the way to North Lake Tahoe passing within a few miles of Truckee which borders Nevada County.
Prosser Creek is in Nevada County.
Each have their own sherrifs office in the area but with both counties literally right next to each other. So who gets to drive the bus? I believe neither did the right thing.
Truckee and Nevada City also have their own Police but this should be a Sheriffs matter.
Angela was the Public Information Officer for Placer county Sheriffs at the time.
Anyways this story sucks and so does California. There is definitely something being hidden about this, just like most things that happen in California.

Ryan, the Placer County Sheriff's Office is based in Auburn California. They have a substation in Tahoe. The spokeswoman is a non sworn employee who use to be a news reporter.
Nevada County Sheriff's office is based out of Grass Valley. They have a substation in Truckee.
Truckee.police is super small and often need help from the sheriff's office.
The county lines between Placer and Nevada county twist in and out all along interstate 80. So, Nevada county and.placer county frequently work together.

My police department,court house and jail are all in the same building. They also keep all there vehicles inside in closed building so vehicles can’t be vandalized. Plus my town is a very small so there are not many cops and are jail is a two man cell which you only being held there for no more than 6 hours.

Nevada Co. local, what you are looking at is our government building center. The main jail sits there as well as the Rood center & the county Library. The sheriff's office is upstairs inside the rood center, as well as other city offices. The S.P.U is where impounded evidence is held.. S.P.U = Staff directory, property, evidence unit.
So I don't necessarily agree with everything upchurch says... I like Ryan a lot, but I'm a 45 yr old and I'm far from stupid... so obviously, I noticed in this video that the Nevada County jail was at this location. Clearly, you can see the sally port and all that. I do not doubt these places have sheriff departments. I do not doubt that Truckee is unincorporated. That all does make sense to me. And I do not believe that Angela lady was the same lady in Xanamay pics. However I definitely do not believe that the story adds up in this case, and I can tell you I have looked in skip software that we use to find living people in an effort to recover collateral for finance companies and my software is federally regulated like I can tell you your kids ss numbers it's real invasive....it's powered by the 3 major credit bureaus. Same software private investigatory and law enforcement uses.......my point in telling this is just out of curiosity I may or I have not have peeked a little and ....I can't find existence in some of the people involved.......I am curious as to what you think as a local does this Kiely Rodney case make sense , what is your thoughts ? Unbelievable people think it's not a huge problem. I'm licensed in trafficking. I work at a hotel. Some positions at hotels have to go to classes for this subject because of how bad it is. We have to get licensed in it. We have had 2 girls at our hotel "that we know of" that we spotted, or were concerned was being trafficed, and they were. The people involved were all arrested and the girls ended up safe. This is a huge deal not just in our country but all around the world. Crazy some people don't see it.

The fact that Dodge and Xanamay were both in Truckee at the same time, her friendship with this supposed "sheriff" of the area, and all of the many other inconsistencies. They would have sued him if they had a case. They thought it would scare him until they realized he wasn't fucking around and then they dropped it because they don't want this stuff coming to light in a court of law, because it looks very suspicious and damning. Are you serious, this is obviously crazy especially his part about the police depts. This is not that complicated and seems to be confusing people, so I'll help explain. Police depts and Sheriff depts are different things, Truckee has a police dept(police serve a municipal (city/town) and have official jurisdiction in that municipal only), Placer and Nevada are Sheriff depts(Sheriff's Department has jurisdiction for an entire county, They process and house the people arrested in towns and cities). Sheriff depts typically conduct press conferences b/c they are the higher power within the jurisdiction, that's also why you see state police handle the media in high profile cases b/c they are the higher power dept. I assure you both Placer and Nevada Sheriff depts do in fact exist and you can easily find their offices and departments on the internet, that's just a silly claim to make that they don't exist. IN cases like this county Sheriff depts 99% of the time take official control of the case(for many reasons, 1 reason is resources, Sheriff depts have much greater resources to use, another reason is b/c the crime scene can span outside of town police jurisdiction so it makes more sense to have county jurisdiction in charge), town police will still assist and be involved but not in charge of the investigation.
Many times you will get conflicting information from police and Sheriff depts, contrary to what people believe police and Sheriff depts don't usually get along, in many cases they outright hate each other. They usually do not share information well(same way state police and the FBI do not get along, they step on each others toes all the time) and in some cases police and Sheriff depts will put out conflicting information on purpose to spite the other(not saying it's right but it's just a fact). Early on in this case there was conflicting and different information being put out to the public, by the local police dept and the Sheriffs dept, some people point to this as being evidence of something shady gong on..... That's not necessarily true. Truckee police were most likely mad about losing the case and having to hand it off to the Sheriff's dept, and the Sheriff's dept most likely didn't share the most up to date information with the town police, Truckee police very well could've been planting bad information to spite the Sheriff's dept(again not saying it's right but it does happen more than you think), and some cases the police dept would put out info they thought was correct and then the Sheriff would put out info they KNEW was correct, thus both depts putting out info that is conflicting but not on purpose, it's just a failure to communicate between each other. I can go on and on explaining everything he detailed about the police "anomalies" but it's not as weird as he paints it.
As for the tony Dodge and Xanamay part I'm not really sure what he's on about, I haven't dug into that alot or have much knowledge about them but from what I've seen about them from the few Upchurch videos I've watched it seems pretty clear what they were doing...... These 2(and a few others) heard about this case and saw how several youtubers had their youtube channels explode in popularity by covering the Gabby Petito case and they thought they could do the same with their channels by covering this case so in-depth, and even going further and trying to get the most and best coverage of it to the point they got too close to it and started lying about having personal information about it, in an attempt to get a leg up on other youtubers covering it. They lied and made up stories and fake people to make it appear they had more information and better information than other youtubers covering the case had or could get.....til their lies and fraud got exposed and they got busted in their lies.....Then Ryan got involved and exposed their lies to a massive audience and instead of just admit they had lied about so much they tried playing dumb, which made them look even worse and some people started speculating perhaps they were somehow involved....and people like Ryan started believing that narrative b/c of the trail of lies they had left and they looked sus. They are sus not b/c they were involved in the case but b/c they tried making themselves appear to be more involved than they were in an attempt to raise their youtube profile and blowup like other youtubers had in past national headline stories.
