It's not harsh enough. They don't deserve to see freedom for the remainder of their lives. My dad was and still is an SOB (if you knew him you would agree) but the thought of killing him has never crossed my mind, punching him in the mouth absolutely, but never murder. I could have only dreamed of having a father that would forbid me to see a man he didn't think was right for me, but my father is the kind of guy who would happily sell me to the highest bidder if it was legal. There are so many kids out there who would love to have a dad that loved them as much as he loved his kids.

I feel so very very sad for Daniel’s mother Christine who had to observe all of the awful experiences and heartache her precious son had to endure for years. You always root for good people who go through extreme hardships to make it through and reach happiness and contentment. The way things ended for Daniel is beyond horrific, he deserved a positive and successful future. I wish his mother Christine and his caring family members so much peace and happiness.

Daniel was a good friend of mine since Western Oregon University together back in 96. We lost touch through Covid and this video was how I learned of his passing. This was an amazing man and father, and he reminded me so much in critical moments of my own life to remain a good human and that I mattered. Can't say enough good things about this man. I knew Dan since I was 12 years old. He helped teach me to better play drums and was always just a happy person. When I heard of his passing I was beyond shocked, he had posted on FB on April 7th. The world lost a really great human.

He was killed and his perpetrators were captured. There's really nothing to learn from this case due to how unique and complex it is. Was Daniel innocent and his daughter a monster? Ooooooh my god. I’ve listened to this story at least three times from various RUclipsrs and I was SHOCKED when you showed the confession video and I realized who exactly this story was about. No one has ever talked in depth about the father or family. This just goes to show how most people focus on the perpetrators instead of the victims. My father totally ruined my life. I was physically and mentally abused by him from the early age. I was denied most of things i needed and wanted for me, including education. I can't go into the details because english is not my first language and it would take me a lot of time to tell half of my story, but when i was 40 i found out on my own - why was i mistreated when there was no reason for such thing whatsoever. At some point, my father started to belive that i was not his son. That theory was probably started by my grandad when i was less than 2 years old, and dad's entire familly accepted it as thruth from the beginning. But as i was geting older in my thirties, physical resemblance with my father became more and more obvious so they were all wrong. My grandma even asked for my forgiveness. She didn't specify what for. Now, i've never discussed this issue with anybody at that point but i gave her my forgiveness. There's more to this story, shocking twist.

Im a high school student in Las Vegas, and i specifically remember the exact moment when I found out about this. It was on a school district page on Instagram that’s run by other teens, and none of us could decipher why she would do this, and what she was thinking. As soon as I saw her picture on RUclips, I knew immediately who she was. Thank you for covering this story and making her dad as human as possible.

I knew Daniel when I was living in Vegas. He lived in the same complex. We used to take my dog and his kids to the park often. His kids were so good and sweet. I don’t understand what happened. I hadn’t spoken to him in years and only found out about his death a few months ago. I’m in shock. I always remembered his kids especially Sierra being so adorable and kind. My heart breaks for his other kids and his mom.

It's not harsh enough. They don't deserve to see freedom for the remainder of their lives. My dad was and still is an SOB (if you knew him you would agree) but the thought of killing him has never crossed my mind, punching him in the mouth absolutely, but never murder. I could have only dreamed of having a father that would forbid me to see a man he didn't think was right for me, but my father is the kind of guy who would happily sell me to the highest bidder if it was legal. There are so many kids out there who would love to have a dad that loved them as much as he loved his kids.

This was an amazing man and father, and he reminded me so much in critical moments of my own life to remain a good human and that I mattered. Can't say enough good things about this man. I can so relate. I was an orphan and abused in the 'system' (group homes), I have never known a home really. I was in hospital for three years (7 months in intensive care) in my 20's, I am disabled, and in March of this year I lost my Husband of 33 years, then 2 weeks later my Cat... I'd say I was due for some good luck if I believed in it anymore .

No one has ever talked in depth about the father or family. This just goes to show how most people focus on the perpetrators instead of the victims. My father totally ruined my life. I was physically and mentally abused by him from the early age. I was denied most of things i needed and wanted for me, including education. I can't go into the details because english is not my first language and it would take me a lot of time to tell half of my story, but when i was 40 i found out on my own - why was i mistreated when there was no reason for such thing whatsoever. At some point, my father started to belive that i was not his son. That theory was probably started by my grandad when i was less than 2 years old, and dad's entire familly accepted it as thruth from the beginning. But as i was geting older in my thirties, physical resemblance with my father became more and more obvious so they were all wrong. My grandma even asked for my forgiveness. She didn't specify what for. Now, i've never discussed this issue with anybody at that point but i gave her my forgiveness. There's more to this story, shocking twist.

Im a high school student in Las Vegas, and i specifically remember the exact moment when I found out about this. It was on a school district page on Instagram that’s run by other teens, and none of us could decipher why she would do this, and what she was thinking. As soon as I saw her picture on RUclips, I knew immediately who she was. Thank you for covering this story and making her dad as human as possible.

I knew Daniel when I was living in Vegas. He lived in the same complex. We used to take my dog and his kids to the park often. His kids were so good and sweet. I don’t understand what happened. I hadn’t spoken to him in years and only found out about his death a few months ago. I’m in shock. I always remembered his kids especially Sierra being so adorable and kind. My heart breaks for his other kids and his mom.
