INGREDIENTS :
• 25 tablespoons bread flour (250 grams)
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 1½ teaspoons instant yeast
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 8 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 egg yolk, for egg wash
FILLINGS & TOPPINGS (choose you like) :
• Butter
• Grated cheese
• Chocolate sprinkle
• Condensed milk
• Jam
• Cream
• Grated Compound chocolate
• Peanuts, crushed
• Chocolate biscuit, crushed
• Banana, sliced
