INGREDIENTS :
• 20 sheets gyoza wrappers / shumai wrapper
• 150 grams chicken (minced)
• 50 grams shrimp (minced)
• 2 leaves cabbage (minced)
• 1 green onion (sliced)
• ½ onion (diced)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• ½ teaspoon sesame oil
• ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
• ¼ teaspoon chicken powder
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 10 tablespoons water
Sauce :
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
