Over the past 30+ years, I've had the pleasure of seeing these guys numerous times, in various forms and different players. Each time, they delivered. This past year they were in town performing the entire "Waiting for Columbus" album, and "Let it Roll" was the encore. At age 66, I still had goosebumps and I shed a tear or two. Beautiful stuff from a masterclass band.
They continued with a great sound even after Lowell George died. I am a devoted Little Feat fan in all their incarnations.
More Little Feet please!! Anything off the Waiting for Columbus album is fine. I would like to hear Spanish Moon.
"Long Distance Love" by Little Feat is my favourite track ever. A shortish piece of absolute perfection. I got to see Little Feat in Glasgow , June 1976.
Dixie Chicken is a must song to react to!

One of my favourite albums from the 70's is The Last Record Album, just love Mercenary Territory, Romance Dance, All That You Dream, Somebody's Leavin', and Day or Night from that one.

Incredible band. At live concerts, it only took a few notes of the first tune to have everybody up and dancing. What a shame that we lost them so early.
Played this one in a fun little cover band thanks to one of our guitar players being a huge fan of the Feat. Even people that didn't know the song would be grooving, very fun.
Harri, this band and their live album (one of the best live albums ever) "Waiting for Columbus" is must listen stuff. It was part of the soundtrack of my college years. Could not walk across campus without hearing some song off this album coming from a dorm window. Although their lead singer, Lowell George, died before I got to see them, the band, stayed together for the most part and still tour. This song is the title cut off their "Let it Roll" album (which is pretty good).

I actually know the band personally, I've known since I was 4 years old, and I worked their merchandise booth.
They're practically family. In fact, Bill Payne on keys gave my mom away when my parents were renewing their wedding vows.

Not a miss on the entire thing.
The drummer is really creative in certain sections. Not the typical rock time keeper.
Craig Fuller wrote a lot of the music or co-wrote and is vocalist. {he wrote “Amy” and fronted Pure Prairie League at that point.}

Yay! I love it! Funny I was hoping you would play this, I was just coming back from Georgia into Florida on Highway 95 headed south to Miami from holiday weekend a few weekends ago and this came on my shuffle just as I got over the state line and somehow my speed picked up, I noticed it when my wife grabbed the handle on the door and braced herself because she always freaks out like that when I go a little over the limit and she said, “HONEY! You’re going to get a ticket again if you don’t slow down!” Ok, well I had a little fun for a little while anyway, get someone Little Feat Harri! :D
Little Feat was such a “jam band”. Great live shows. Listen to Old Folks Boogie, Feets Don’t Fail Me Now. A side note…The sound of this song is so much like Neutron Dance by the Pointer Sisters.

You can't go wrong with the feat, they have a lot of funky bluesy songs. Check it "one clear moment" or "rad gumbo"

Double entendre.. Maybe "simultaneous entendre" would be closer to the truth? (i.e. taking his girl for a ride in his beloved hot rod cor) Men have equating cars with women, & visa versa, since the first hot rod was built. I saw Little Feat with B.B. King ! One of best concerts I have ever seen.
Love Little Feat. Had not heard this before. They have better tunes you will also love to drive with. These cats can swing.

Nice pic dude… This is good but I much prefer their earlier records, try Rock n Roll Doctor or Two Trains. You won’t regret it.
