sehr interessantes System, gerade die Mechanik des "Schwungarms" sieht

Crazy price for level of sharpness that is easily achievable with systems costing less than £100.

@@edcideas I’m looking for a system, but for £80 I can buy a Lansky system that will put a comparable edge on the knives that I use. That’s not to say that this isn’t a good system - it certainly looks good - but I’m not shopping for a system, I’m shopping for an outcome and I can achieve the same or better outcome for £1600 less than the price of this system.
