What a great video, fantastic and very useful information.
I am 29 months free from cannabis addiction, because of SMART Recovery, and CGL (Change grow live)
I am now a SMART Facilitator myself since January 2024, the tools have helped me tremendously in day to day life, snd now volunteering for CGL as a Facilitator I have found purpose again in life, and helping others with addiction recovery is so rewarding.
I came to this video because of an email from SMART mentioning Brandon working with SMART
Keep up the great work Brandon what a true inspiration and humble gent you are. Thank you

Absolutely loved this, I loved the fact that you covered anxiety, negative thinking, neuroscience & why people find it hard to connect with feelings. Practicing meditation, mindfulness and using hypnotherapy to change new neursl pathways is they key, but it takes practice. Changing your thinking & behaviours takes practice. I also loved Brandon saying that anxiety won't kill you, learn how to deal with the triggers.
Well done guys and thank you x

Please keep doing these videos. My brother took his own life in late 2022, he was drinking and isolated with mental health issues. I am not the best at communicating, but I feel if I had shown him your channel he would have been inspired to see the light at the end of the tunnel from people who have lived it and tell it like it is. Thank you.

Dan don't let anyone tell you you're preaching mate, you've found sobriety and you're trying to help others "see the light". You can see how excited you are about it and if that comes across as preachy to some then f**k 'em.
We need more people like yourself using their platforms for good. The guests you're having on, it could be said, are out of the ordinary, and that in itself is a breath of fresh air.
It would be awesome to see you interview scientists in the future who advocate for medicinal use of certain drugs too. There's a lot of research going into psychodelics and microdosing to help people with mental health issues. I think this would be a great area to explore for your viewers too.
Take it easy and keep up the great work 🙏

I got to know him a bit out in Ibiza many years ago, he wasn't liked by a lot of people that lived out there and within the industry.
He was regularly being nasty to people. He used to just get off of his face and not be able to DJ. He would pick fights with people on the dance floor. They say "don't meet your heros" for good reason.
I do wish him all the best tho, maybe it was the drugs that made him like that.

He was really hard to listen to, I didn't find him relatable at all and he just seems like he has read all the self help books. He made his money and has time to fuck around, a bloke with 3 kids just getting by isn't going to understand this nueral pathway mumbo jumbo.
Amazing work with the podcast though and I've found it really helpful, not sure I could do another hour of this bloke though
