From all the stories I've watched I think she is the mother of Mike Hoogasian and the mother in law of Sandy Hoogasian...a. couple who sadly perished in the fire. She blows Gina ,the lady instrumental in getting this memorial done, a kiss when she's at the podium. It just struck a cord with me the love and appreciation people have for Gina and her diligence in bringing this memorial to completion.
