That will depend on the structural component.. but for this, its ready mixed, so the PSI is the basis.

For this project, 5" or 125mm thickness as per requirement of the structural engr. Pero minimum is 4" or 100mm.

A very bad mixture, too wet, not enough cement. You can the rebar across the floor.

To wet for slab on fill is manageable. But to wet for columns and beam area not. This segregates the aggregates.
