Very interesting process that they use for prestressed concrete. In Florida I watched a similar operation, but it was entirely outside . Concrete is a wonderful building product.
The precision in this concrete slab-making process is incredible! The way they use steam treatment to harden the slab and make it more durable is mind-blowing.
are those prestressed slabs? is it why they are upward bent since there is a force within the slab. First, strands pulled by hydraulic jacks, when released, transfer the force to concrete through friction when it already matured. after this process the slab can carry extra load!
Great work. Thanks for the video. You gave me an idea for a construction project I have coming up. This has been helpful and enjoyable to watch. And your English worked just fine for the video. Stay happy.
About 20 years ago, I had friends that would buy old Villas, do them up and sell them. She did the finishing, and planning, buying, he did all the drafting, building, plumbing work himself. He would do the opposite, pour concrete into styrofoam walls, then clad w wood, to match the existing Villa. Very cheap, back then, and warm.

@ yes, I agree. The foam is an insulation material, not structural element but in my experience this foam can deteriorate over time and become damp and then mouldy
What a meticulously precise technique to produce such large, heavy structural panels!
A fascinating video with witty narration, thank you!

We have technics to make a lightweight concrete mortar about 0.2-0.5 kg/m3 or more, it can be floated on the water.

These are probably the weakest concrete pieces I've ever seen. You'll get 5 years max out of it.
