      @minyoung823 Год назад +5

      Yeah, I assume they are just used for retaining walls, otherwise I dont trust a concrete without steel bars used in buildings even if how thick they are especially in my country of earthquakes.

    • @WHSmith-zk2ox
      @WHSmith-zk2ox Год назад +1

      @@minyoung823 That's like saying you wouldn't trust boats without sails to be able to get anywhere, or aircraft with out engines or Zeppelins without aluminum framework to fly....... Oh, by the way, Those other things are called powerboats, gliders, and blimps.... They work even if there is an earthquake..... You simply need to know someone that knows how they work.... After that it is all fairly easy peasy....

    • @d3nza482
      @d3nza482 Год назад +3

      Those blocks aren't for building construction. Those are decorative liners for retaining walls and fences. Thus very little to no rebar. They hold dirt in place, by sheer mass of concrete.
      Big cubic ones are manholes for cables etc. Whatever is not sewer but still needs to go under ground. Recesses in the walls are there to make knocking out holes easier and optional.
      Love all the "experts" and "engineers" in the comments complaining about quality, from rebar and bubbles to lack of steam curing. While exposing personal ignorance and "provincial" mentality.
      Oh and btw, most of what I just said is in the video subtitles.

    Конечно здесь видно что ручной труд сведен к минимуму, но при производстве бетонного колодца нет армирования и вибрирования массы, осталось много пор-впоследствии он обязательно лопнет, можно же хоть сварную квадратную сетку вставлять, она не сильно удорожит производство

      콘크리트는 압축에 강하고 휨에 취약합니다. 그래서 철근을 넣는 것이죠. 블록은 쌓아 올리는 용도이고 압축만 받는 구조물이니 철근을 넣지 않습니다. 경제성도 맞지 않구요.
      압축만 되는 부분에 사용되므로 저런 형태로 만들어서 쌓아올리면 오랜세월 압축에는 잘 견딥니다.

    必要な耐震性の違いと求められる構造物へのクオリティの違いなんでしょうね。

      自分素人じゃないっすよ。
      日本では業界3位の会社で1工場全体の製作指揮を取る仕事をしています。
      作業員全体のリーダーでもあり、自分でも仕入れから製作、出荷までの全ての工程をこなせます。
      生コンの様子を見たらわかりますが、粗悪なコンクリートで、日本ではこの品質では残コン以下の代物ですから、何処にも売れないですよ。
