A good effort by Fine Urban. Please take your time and visit the South African Real Estate. Kenya is still lagging behind though we have made significant strides in the same.

I agree. South African real estate is something else. I just saw the most beautiful home on the Let's Prop'In channel. My main criticism is that too many of their homes are glass boxes. Modern Architecture works well for commercial buildings but not for homes IMO. Too cold and sterile with a lack of character for my taste. I also suspect that most of those South African homes are designed by white architects. I'd rather support something that is built and designed by my people. We may be lacking but we are also improving greatly. Fine Urban is definitely setting the stage and I'm sure many Kenyan architects will be inspired and follow suit and we'll see innovation in Kenyan home design.
