Your machinist/programmer should be editing out a lot of those air cuts. Could also program the part off tool to wrap around the bottom edge and wipe out the burr that it creates. Lastly, if you're getting a nub on the end of the part after parting off, it means the tool needs to be centered better.

This video was made in 2007 and was the first trial run. We have learn a good bit since then. Thanks for the input
Did you guys anneal these before seating?
No, they typically shot twice as good as the Barrett’s so didn’t see any reason to mess that up
