I've always had an idea that since Namekians seem to live for an impossibly long amount of time, if Dragon Ball ever goes through a 100-year timeskip thing with a new cast and no Goku, that Piccolo would be a sort of "Roshi" figure. With how much he teaches and how effective he is at it, I'd like to see Piccolo become a sort of legendary master.
I love Piccolo and the fact he was ignored power-wise post-Cell Games still makes me frustrated I couldn't stop crying (and it still hurts) when Piccolo accidentally said goodbye on behalf of Toriyama.

My boy Big Green, I don't think there's a more loved character that has a chill fan love relationship like Piccolo. He is just the boy that shows up, does his thing, leaves and doesn't elaborate.

Piccolo is amazing. I love how he doesn't take anyone's mess. When Nappa and Vegeta showeds up, he was a straight up badass. He's easily the coolest DBZ character.
Another great thing about SUPER HERO is how Piccolo's wish to unlock his potential is a sharp contrast to King Piccolo's wish to restore his youth. King Piccolo wished to restore his youth out of pure selfish desire, a regression to what he used to be, and not looking towards the future. In fact, he even _kills Shenron_ after making his wish, so no one else would be able to use the Dragon Balls. Meanwhile, Piccolo Jr's wish to unlock his potential is borne from his desire to protect the people he's grown to care about, and a recognition of his own limits (and the desire to push past them). It's implied that the "little extra" that Shenron granted Piccolo is actually the life force that Kami infused into Shenron all those years ago, meaning it's returning to where it came from. (Don't worry, this just means Shenron is now only running on Dende's energy) Not to mention that what Piccolo is wishing for is something that Namekian Elders can do, so it ties back to his culture.
Piccolo is Top Bins!! Another interesting fact about that Nail fusion, Piccolo gained ALL Knowledge about Namek, it's people, Guru and what ever else Nail had experienced during his entire time as Nameks strongest warrior and Guru's protector. The magic & power of Namekians has Always interested me since OG Dragon Ball during the King Piccolo arc... I've went back and forth on who was my favorite character between Vegeta and Piccolo, and honestly I think Piccolo takes it for me. I was legit jumping up and down when he got his new orange transformation.
I think giving him a huge power up after dende taking over the mantle of guardian of earth and making his own shenron is perfect. Kami put a huge amount of power into making a wish dragon and having the creation giving back that huge power to his creator is beautiful. Very deserved

Everything those new villains did, Picoolo, did it already. KI attack spams that Vegeta do, Picoolo did first. Using deadly KI Beams to kill people? That was Picoolo, not Frieza. Turning into a Giant to gain advantage in a fight? Picoolo was doing that already, Vegeta and every other prehistoric Saiyan did it too to gain advantage in a fight. Picoolo just introduced it first. Picoolo revolutionized regeneration. Cell and Majin Buu just did it better due to the nature of their bodies and Dr. Gero genius. Blowing up the tournament mat was not Cell, it was Picoolo.

like in trunks future? i think there was no need for it if he earlier would fused with kami.
@ yeah but it would still give him a good enough power boost
I'M GRILLING!!!
DO NOT INTERUPT THE GRILL MASTER!!! 🔥🔥🔥🗣🗣🗣
Def my favorite character with Vegeta coming in at a close 2nd 😌
i definetly love picolo because not only is hes smart is so mature and the only character besides vegeta to be seious 24/7 and i love that about him
Everything those new villains did, Picoolo, did it already.
Perfect video.
Great video
Also i think one of the main things is that he has such a cool design, he gives me Kai vibes from Beyblade
Legitimately can't trust anyone who doesn't fw Piccolo
this was long overdue especially from u lol.
I wish Piccolo (and every character) kept their original less muscular design.
He's always been my favorite character!
Finally some love for my green goat Piccolo🤚
You know what's weird? I don't even like Dragon Ball, the discourse around it kinda fascinate me though, and even i really like Piccolo XD
