The steam engine and tenders may be from the New Hope & Ivyland tourist line in Pennsylvania. During the 80s or 90s the line bought a large steam locomotive from Mexico but apparently never rebuilt it or put it in service. The passenger type car may have been a baggage or express car. Unfortunately most of these vehicles r only worth their weight in scrap. Sadly the most expensive parts is the glass but most of them have busted out windows. Saying that there r some rare part like trim that can be saved
