Who uses the address of "Mister" or "Mrs." or "Miss" to a person of your own age? Nobody uses such terms any more.
In regards to Question #1. If a Jew starts a business with Non-Jew, would there be an issue if the Non-Jew wants to operate the business on Shabbat, even if the the Jew decides not to benefit from that day’s profit?
This question must be presented to a dayan (judge) for a clear concise answer as the details are pertinent. One should never alone rely on these basic videos for Halacha.
