It will always amaze me how these pilots act like they’re sitting at home in a recliner drinking coffee while the back seat ride along is puking, screaming, panicking and passing out. 😆
YOUR A VERY BRAVE MAN WELL DONE YOU ITS NOT SOMETHING I COULD DO I WOULD BE VERY SCARED TO DO WHAT YOU GUYS DO AND THE WOMEN PILOTS ARE PRETTY AWESOME TOO :)
You did VERY well! I did a flight in a L39 and boy did I get clausty and a little nauseous until the AC finally kicked on. I have high blood pressure so the G’s didn’t really affect me but then we topped out at 4.
When you're pulling that many G's, remember to scream as in yell. That keeps you from passing out, along with your arms g-suit, I'll have to say you passed with flying colors on your vertical climb by remembering to stay inverted so the blood isn't rushed your head. Don't forget fly girl just remember screaming eagle!!
I dont know, but I dont think this rider was anywhere close to the best of physical shape when he took this ride, which was the reason for all the heavy breathing. My nephew, who is an 18 pilot said that good physical condition makes considerable difference when doing this type of flying. Had this guy been in better condition, his experience would have been much better and likely no vomiting.
The first step in combating G’s is the Anti-G Straining Maneuver (AGSM). Through a combination of special breathing and tensing our lower body we can squeeze the blood back into our head. This not only prevents us from passing out, but increases our peripheral vision, which is critical during a dogfight.
Watching the Blue Angels while there for A-school was super cool to witness everyday after class.

Just curious, why do G's not affect you as much when you have high blood pressure?
That was awesome
kerney or karney? I'm a kerney. Thank you for your service. NICE!
It’s pronounced Karney. I don’t serve, I’m a local News Anchor in Pensacola that was lucky enough to get a ride.
You did great and your breathing was correct
You're F'd for the rest of the day brother 😂
I really was. It takes a lot out of you.
You hung in there though. I would have been in a world of pain 😂😂
You did great! 7.3 G's is a lot! 🙂👍✈
Beautiful video! Andrew and Tristan Tate would approve!
Makes me think of Chicago waterfront in 1976 Bicentennial, TY
He's falling apart before they left the ground
I love you
I should be so lucky. I had three Uncles in the South Pacific during Big 2. I deserve a ride with the NAVY Air Angels...I'm waiting...
You didn’t do the Ready hit it thing that’s the fun part

any pilots find it amusing even blue angels have to copy and repeat an IFR plan with ground? I always thought they flew wherever they felt like.

I think I would not eat for 4 days for fear of vomiting if offered a chance.
