I think the ball pressure should not be regulated at all with one exception. The exception being that the team must use that ball only...until their defense comes on the field. If they have a low pressure ball, then they must punt with the low press ball or vice versa. This would force the teams to use only one ball pressure (any where between low to high pressure) until they turn over the ball. Then the next time they get the ball they are stuck with that ball pressure.

You are deleting information that could exonerate Brady but you are going to paint him in black for not turning in his phone that might contain highly confidential information. The under or over inflation or deflation in Foxboro had zero to do with the outcome of that game. And the Colts players have been quoted agreeing with the stupid theory 😂. Hu.ans are designed to hate something great. I felt the same way when Dallas won in the 90's
