Love making Detroit style pizza on that halo pizza oven. I got the cart for the pizza oven. Love how well built they are. I’m looking at the griddle now.
I am considering this griddle and the Traeger Flatrock. Do you find that you have to fiddle with turning burners down or off a lot to keep the griddle in the right temp zone and not get too hot?
Id like to know how easy the heat management is on the Halo,i went with the Traeger because I didn think I could manage the halo down for eggs or slower cooking
Halo has been one of the better ones I have had, on heat management. Not a problem to do eggs. I very seldom cook hotter than a medium low heat setting on it.
Look forward to your next videos.

I've got the cart under mine as well. Good products. Griddle is the best I've had.
You're going to love it.
I’ve been pretty happy with it so far. Huge difference between it and the other couple brands I’ve had before. 👍

Where did you buy it and who assembled it?
Watson Brothers in Auburn Alabama. They delivered it as well. Great to work with.
@@Papa_Chad Just found out that Barbecue Galore in Grapevine, Texas will carry. $160 to assemble and deliver.
Sounds like a good deal. Not much to putting it together, but it is worth it to just not to have to deal with getting it home. Hope you enjoy it.
