Buying property in Thailand is so complicated with very little security for your investment, if they were to make things easier and allow foreigners to own the land it sits on the property market in Thailand would be booming. I will wait until the laws change but I’m not holding my breath so will invest elsewhere it’s a shame as I love some of the properties out there, beautiful property and worth every penny but if your not Thai it’s a none starter for me.

Is the main living area always open? Is there a way to close it off? Is there AC in the main living area? I love this property! I tried to find its location on GMAPS but couldn't locate it. I want to know its proximity to Pattaya beach and walking street.
Hello Warren! Actually If you like is possible to cover it and install AC there but as i said in the video the property working like a hotel so that is why like this. Buy own names is right, but this property can purchase under Thai Company name.
