      Through a company. You would basically incorporate a business, 51% Thai, but then split that 51% between 3-4 people who don't know each other or even the business they are becoming an owner of, take away their voting rights and get them to sign away their right to any financial interest. Then purchase the property through the business.

      Foreigners can buy property in Thailand but can’t own land so you could buy this property and lease the land on a thirty year lease with option to renew, the Thai company route is another way to get it but me personally I don’t like that option.

    No elevator no solar no theater (a sofa in a room is not a theater )and NOT beachfront. Why so much gold eveywhere it’s not the 80s

    Many nice elements. Unfortunately, too much gold in the decoration. It looks like kitch, and cheap. Then, too many colors and texture, the design does not have a straight line and looks overloaded. The garden is small, the perimeter walls too close. Therefore, no top outdoor living possible, as resort style. However, some classy elements, like the olive tree.
    You pay obviously a lot for the location. Personally, i would see the price at 2/3 of the offer.
